★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich dachte eigentlich, dass Alexander-Technik eher für Musiker ist. Durch Zufall bin ich zu Regina und Jean gekommen und hab die Alexander-Technik auch als Nicht-Musiker ausprobiert. Mein Fazit: Die Techniken, der Mindset und die Körperbewusstheit die man hier lernt kann man an jedem Arbeitsplatz und im Alltag gut brauchen. Abgesehen davon kann man in dem feinen Atelier und durch die ruhige und entspannte Art der beiden Urlaub auf einer Insel der Ruhe inmitten des Grazer Alltagtrubels machen.
I actually thought that Alexander Technique was more for musicians. By chance I came to Regina and Jean and also tried the Alexander Technique as a non-musician. My conclusion: The techniques, mindset and body awareness that you learn here can be used well in every workplace and in everyday life. Apart from that, in the fine atelier and through the calm and relaxed nature of the two, you can go on an island of peace in the midst of everyday life in Graz.
