Nächsten Tag gehe ich extra hin, sagt ein anderer Mitarbeiter als ich rein gehe (ganz kurz), danke wir melden uns wenn es etwas gibt für sie. NIEWIEDER ARBEITE ICH AUCH NUR 1MINUTE FÜR EINE LEASINGFIRMA UND SCHON GAR NICHT WÜRDE ICH FÜR Akzente arbeiten diese Firma war mir vom ersten Tag an suspekt. kein Wunder dass einen JEDER den man fragt nur davon abrät über eine LEASINGFIRMA zu arbeiten vorallem von dieser Firma habe ich persönlich bisher immer nur Schlechtes gehört (unfreundliches Personal, zum Teil sehr arrogant, zum Teil falsche Abrechnung , leere bzw falsche+Versprechung der Mitarbeiter). EIN MENSCH IST KEINE MASCHINE UND SOLLTE AUCH MENSCICHLICH BEHANDELT WERDEN UND NICHT VERLIEHEN WIE EIN MIETWAGEN . An den Eigentümer : Da Sie ja mein Kommentar gelesen haben möchte ich Sie nochmals daraufhinweisen dass ich persönlich mehrere Fälle kenne wo Sie ihre Mitarbeiter im Krankenstand gekündigt haben oder falsche Versprechungen gemacht haben. Zum Glück werden es immer mehr Menschen die kapieren dass Personalleasing nichts anderes ist als "moderne Sklaverei". Good tip Stay away from all the leasing companies who earn a golden nose with the performance of the workers they have only provided once. I NEVER WORK FOR A LEASING COMPANY FOR A MINUTE AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT WORK FOR Akzente I was suspicious of this company from day one. No wonder that EVERYONE who is asked advises against working through a LEASING COMPANY, especially from this company, I've personally only heard bad things so far (unfriendly staff, sometimes very arrogant, sometimes wrong billing, empty or wrong + promises by employees) . A HUMAN IS NOT A MACHINE AND SHOULD ALSO BE TREATED HUMANLY AND NOT LEND LIKE A RENTAL CAR. To the owner: Since you have read my comment, I would like to point out again that I personally know several cases where you have terminated your employees on sick leave or made false promises. Drängen zum sofortigem Arbeitsbeginn, und wenn man das so sieht, weiß man erst woran man ist wenn dort einmal begonnen hat. Verdrehen Sprichwörter so wie sie es brauchen damit sie jemand unter bekommen. Wenn man nicht sofort eine Arbeit annimmt wird man wie Müll behandelt und ignoriert und das vom Chef. Gerade dass er einen nicht rauswirft. Absolutes no-go. Definitely one of the companies where I won't introduce myself again. Ich würde von Anfang an immer sehr freundlich und Wertschätzend behandelt. Bei Fragen stand mir immer fast rund um die Uhr mein Ansprechpartner zur Stelle. Danke für die großartige Zusammenarbeit und die unkompliziert Art. Kann ich vollstes empfehlen ? ? Was allowed to work for a little more than 1 year at Akzente Personal as a leasing company and was then taken over by my current employer.
