S	Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service! Laden eigentlich ganz in Ordnung nur ein wenig unaufgeräumt. Service dagegen furchtbar. Kein Interesse zum Kunden zu gehen und ihn zu beraten. Hatte ein technisches Problem mit einem gekauften Artikel und habe telefonisch, per Mail und per SMS versucht Hilfe zu erhalten. Wurde nicht für nötig befunden zu antworten... Bad service! The store is actually quite okay, just a little messy. Service, however, terrible. No interest in going to the customer and advising him. Had a technical problem with a purchased item and tried to get help by phone, email, and text message. Has not been found necessary to answer ...

Op de eerste plaats werd het niet aangegeven op dit industrieterrein en eenmaal gevonden was het gesloten wegens verhuizing.... Men vindt het sinds 16-07-2019 op de Hallerstrasse 55-113k te Innsbruck. Wanted to visit Wild Shop on advice and out of interest about outdoor clothing. In the first place it was not indicated on this industrial estate and once found it was closed due to relocation .... It has been found since 16-07-2019 at Hallerstrasse 55-113k in Innsbruck.
T	Typisch Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider kann ich nicht weniger hergeben... bestellung ist keine ahnung wo? altersnachweiß wird irgendwie nicht bestätigt obwohl ich über 18 bin.. support antwortet jetzt auf die dritte mail nicht.. traurig. unfortunately I can't give less ... I don't know where to order? Proof of age is somehow not confirmed even though I'm over 18 .. support does not answer the third mail .. sad.
D	Daniel Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher beratungsresistenter Verkäufer und Fsp2 Maske Fehlanzeige obwohl sich mehrere Kunden im Geschäftsraum befanden wurde die Maske unterm Kinn getragen also weder Nase noch Mund verdeckt! Unfriendly salesman resistant to advice and Fsp2 mask nil although there were several customers in the business space, the mask was worn under the chin so neither nose nor mouth was covered!

Fragen wurden Halbherzig Beantwortet wehrend man was anderes gemacht hat. Schade das man so mit Kunden umgeht. It's a shame that you don't even take the time for a newcomer who would like to play airsoft. Questions were answered half-heartedly while doing something else. It's a shame that you deal with customers like that.

Geht einfach weg ohne was zu sagen und kommt dann wieder etc. Wollte meinen CO2 Revolver umtauschen da er schlecht verarbeitet war und der Griff gestört hat. Als ich dann einen anderen haben wollte hieß es nur „aber dann chiao papa ge! Nit dass meinst du musst danach nochmal dei Meinung ändern!“ wollte in dem Moment schon fast mein Geld zurück und gehen... An der Kassa hat er mir dann 3c zu wenig rausgegeben da war es mir aber zu blöd was zu sagen... Alles in allem eine schlechte Erfahrung und eine Motivation nur mehr von großhändlern im internet zu kaufen, da bekommt man bessere Preise und warscheinlich auch bessere Beratung als: „Naja?‍♂️Es ist ja alles legal solange man nicht erwischt wird?“. Schwammiger gehts nicht! Es gibt genug andere und bessere shops im Internet, so wie der Laden aussieht ist der Onlineshop wahrscheinlich auch nicht vertrauenswürdig... At that moment I almost wanted my money back and left... At the checkout he gave me 3c too little, but I was too stupid to say anything... All in all a bad experience and a motivation to only buy from wholesalers on the internet, because you get better prices and probably better advice than: "Well?‍♂️It's all legal as long as you don't get caught?". It doesn't get any more spongy! There are enough other and better shops on the Internet, the way the shop looks, the online shop is probably not trustworthy either...

Bad thing was that the guy who works there said they don't have Tax Refund form, but we should be able to get the tax refund at the airport without it. When we went to the airport, they said we needed to have the tax refund form from the store. We were all mad because we couldn't get the refund. And they couldn't take credit card, though they had a credit card machine, so we ended up paying cash. I generally do not like the idea of credit card machine not working, and having customers pay cash.
