The rooms are miniscule, the food is quite bad, smells like smoke anytime you go out, the ski slopes have way to many people, mostly fake snow, and the restaurants are crowded most of the time.

Perfect for families with babys and toddlers. Awesome and quiet Spa&Wellness area for adults. We're coming back. :)

Excellent hotel for families and kids. We enjoyed staying there so much, that we immediatelly booked an other stay. Great food, nice rooms, great pool facility, amazing kids indoor playground and gym. Everything for family. We strongly recommend.

We stayed here for 5 days over NYE 2018 with our 2 kids (1 &3 at the time). Everything was awesome. We had a 2 Bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the Room. The buffet food was very good at every meal and I liked that there was so much variety. Even our three-year-old had no issue finding things to eat for every meal. I specifically liked that for the New Year's Eve program they had a special fireworks show for both the kids and the adults. I also like that we were able to put our kids in the child care throughout the day and hour oldest was able to stay even longer because she was older. They fed her while she was in the day care as well. My husband and I had stamped massages while we were there which was nice. I do suggest booking your massage in advance. The schedule does fill up fast and it is almost impossible to get an appointment once you are there. The activities on site for the kids were awesome. There was a basically a jungle that they could climb through and they had other activities throughout the day which were great. My husband and I enjoyed the bar which is on the lower level we were able to have some snacks and drinks down their. There is also a movie theater down there which was nice. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking to getaway with their children.

So glad I booked this last minute. We are spending summer in Germany, my teenage kids wanted a bit more excitement so my sister recommended driving down to Aigo (Austria) for a few days. I was sceptical at first, I had a similar experience in the UK staying at Centre Parks, which kinda felt cheap!! But I was pleasantly surprised as we drove into Aigo. It’s sooooo much nicer than Centre Parks. It’s an all-inclusive family resort, you won’t need to leave the premises. Everything looks new and pristinely clean (I’m very snobbish when it comes to hotels, I like my 5* hotels, this is a 4* but I tell you, you won’t regret it). You get robes, slippers, a swim basket, and a good size bathroom. My family of 4 stayed in their bigger corner piece rooms, not even a suite and it was big enough. The food is far better than I expected. Even my kids looked forward to every meal. The staff are helpful and polite. The hotel is full, but somehow it doesn’t feel too over crowed. All in all I’m absolutely pleased with our decision to come here. Loads for the kids to do. They have about 5 swimming pools, in door and out door, in door activities, beautiful walking trails, cinema night (again they need to have an English session). Only suggestion would be for the bathrooms to have enough amenities for 4 people, like shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion (my youngest forgot his wash bag but we were able to get from the reception). It would also be nice to have more English speaking TV channels. But these are minor things. Thanks Aigo for taking very good care of us. My sons birthday is tomorrow, hopefully they’ll give him a lovely birthday surprise.

This place is amazing. I guess the best way to describe our stay is for you to check the hotel description and imagine what you read the best way possible. There was just one thing that annoyed me a bit. As we were staying during a time where there were only a handful other families, the movie night for the adults were cancelled on all evenings. We were told, that this is because of not enough guests and I would like this to be started somewhere on the webpage to avoid confusion. My problem is not that the movies didn't happen, but that I was looking forward to it when I had read it just to learn that they are cancelled. I got reminded on a daily basis as it would show up on the week plan for every day for our stay. What I probably liked the most was the wellness area and the indoor playground. We are absolutely going to stay there again!

Food is outstanding, every time daughter was hungry we were surprised by tasty food and desserts, food for adults is outstanding. Spa with 4or 5 types of sauna, 3 children’s pools and outside pool, it’s even more for this price.
