Very friendly service, great coffee and cake. We have known Aida for a long time, from Vienna, always cozy and tasty. And we are happy that we could now visit Aida in Innsbruck. When we are back in Innsbruck, we will be happy to visit Aida again.

Very nice cafe. The hazelnut cake I ate was delicious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab nur eine heiße Schokolade bestellt und die war ganz und gar nicht gut. In der Karte steht zwar „hausgemacht“, davon hat man aber nichts geschmeckt. Die Schokolade hat man auch nicht raus geschmeckt, da so wenig Kakaopulver drinnen war, dass das das ganze fast schon eher nur nach Milch geschmeckt hat. Und das allerschlimmste: Die heiße Schokolade war noch nicht mal heiß. Sie war lauwarm, wenn überhaupt. Sehr enttäuscht! Da geh ich lieber zum Bäcker Ruetz nebenan, wo die heiße Schokolade wirklich lecker und cremig schmeckt.
Only ordered one hot chocolate and it wasn't good at all. The menu says “homemade”, but you didn't taste any of it. You couldn't taste the chocolate on the outside either, because there was so little cocoa powder inside that it almost tasted like milk. Worst of all, the hot chocolate wasn't even hot. It was lukewarm, if at all. Very disappointed! I prefer to go to the bakery Ruetz next door, where the hot chocolate tastes really delicious and creamy.
