Soweit ich nun allerdings erfahren habe, ist das Telefonsystem überlastet. Positiv anmerken möchte ich, dass die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr freundlich sind. Schade ist es, dass die Aussagen teilweise widersprüchlich sind. Aber das liegt wahrscheinlich auch daran, dass diese Leute chaotische Verordnungen/Gesetze umsetzen müssen.
