A bottomless impudence how one is treated, a problem is downplayed and simply hung up while one is still talking!!!!!!!!

Bin genesen und einmal geimpft, trotzdem steht im Impfzertifikat 1/2 Impfdosen erhalten. Somit ist dieses Zertifkat für mich zum Reisen einfach nur nutzlos. Hab mich bei zwei Hotlines von Ihnen um eine Abänderung bemüht. Bei der ersten (0800) wurde mir erklärt, dass ich mich bei meiner Krankenanstalt melden solle. Bei der zweiten (0720) wurde mir erklärt, dass ich einfach Pech habe bzw. alles in Arbeit ist und ich mich einfach NUR bis Mitte August in Geduld üben müsse. Solle mir doch mittels PCR-Test Abhilfe schaffen, wenn ich unbedingt reisen muss,(Kosten 70 EURO!!) wurde mir gesagt. Danke! Extremely weak support for solving problems regarding the green passport. I have recovered and vaccinated once, but the vaccination certificate still says it 1/2 vaccination doses received. So this certificate is just useless for me to travel. I tried to change two of your hotlines. At the first (0800) I was told that I should report to my hospital. At the second (0720) I was told that I was just unlucky or that everything was in the works and that I ONLY had to be patient until mid-August. I was told to use a PCR test to remedy the situation if I absolutely have to travel (costs 70 EURO !!). Thanks!

Dass in der derzeitigen Situation Frustration und maximale Anspannung herrscht, ist verständlich, dennoch sollte das Gefühl sowieso am längeren Ast zu sitzen nicht von Mitarbeitern auf Personen, die eben hilflos zum Telefonhörer greifen und um Auskunft bitten, projeziert werden. Mit Abstand eine der wohl "schlimmsten" Erfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe, es macht noch immer der Ton die Musik! Friendliness and empathy are obviously foreign words here. It is understandable that there is frustration and maximum tension in the current situation, but the feeling of sitting on the longer branch anyway should not be projected by employees onto people who are helplessly picking up the phone and asking for information. By far one of the "worst" experiences I've ever had, the sound still makes the music!
J	Joachim Kreuzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut schwache Auskunftsstelle, warum werden hier keine Leute eingesetzt die wenigsten ein bißchen Ahnung haben und einen nicht das nachsagen müssen was man schon selber erklärt hat, man sich aber nicht ganz sicher ist.Zudem sind die auch noch unfreundlich. Absolutely weak information center, why are no people deployed here who have at least a little idea and don't have to accuse you of what you have already explained yourself, but you are not quite sure. In addition, they are unfriendly.
