Very bad agency was no longer looked after tomorrow. There was not even a discussion. We only informed by email 2 days before Easter that the care would be stopped after Easter without adhering to the 14 day notice. please stay away !!

Die Betreuerinnen haben das professionell und umsichtig erledigt. In dieser Situation nicht nur alle Aufgaben im Griff zu haben, sondern auch noch liebevoll mit dem Betreuten umzugehen ist nicht leicht, insbesondere, wenn - wie in meinem Fall - die Akzeptanz bei der Schwiegermutter nicht ganz unproblematisch ist. Die Betreuerinnen, allen voran Bernarda, waren in der Lage mit der Schwiegermutter so ein Verhältnis aufzubauen, dass sie auch tatsächlich angenommen wurden. Das erleichtert die Situation für die Angehörigen sehr! Jeder Betroffene weiß, was ich meine. Daher aus voller Überzeugung 5 Sterne. My 84 year old mother-in-law was looked after. Due to the onset of dementia, this was not an easy task that no one had been through before! The supervisors did it professionally and carefully. In this situation it is not easy to not only have all the tasks under control, but also to be loving with the person being cared for, especially if - as in my case - acceptance by the mother-in-law is not entirely unproblematic. The caregivers, especially Bernarda, were able to establish a relationship with the mother-in-law in such a way that they were actually accepted. This greatly eases the situation for the relatives! Everyone affected knows what I mean. Hence 5 stars out of full conviction.

Du bist die einzige Agentur die es geschafft hat die Betreuerinen in der CORONA-krise zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zuwechseln. Alle andern Agenturen haben das nix geschafft.
