Man sollte nicht vergessen das manche Kunden auch mehr bezahlen wenn die Qualität passt, die werden aber nicht kommen wenn man angepisst schon abhebt am Telefon. Null Ahnung vom Geschäft! Ihr solltet am besten zusperren, was sicherlich bald passieren wird. If you were a bit friendlier on the phone then customers would come too. One should not forget that some customers also pay more if the quality fits, but they will not come if you piss off already on the phone. Zero idea of the business! You should lock up best, which is sure to happen soon.

Habe einer Freundin den Laden empfohlen und die steht heute trotz Termin vor verschlossener Tür und nachdem SIE angerufen hat wurde ihr mitgeteilt das keiner kommen wird und der Termin quasi nicht möglich ist. IST DAS KUNDENFREUNDLICH???? ICH empfehle euch sicher nicht mehr weiter weil Pünktlichkeit oder so ist für euch ein Fremdwort. Es kann ja jemand krank sein aber dann muss jemand ins Geschäft kommen und den Kunden zumindest informieren und nicht blöd vor der geschlossenen Tür stehen lassen. Ein absolutes no go. Aber wenn ihr euch das leisten könnt is es für mich in Ordnung. Für mich war es das ?‍♀️?‍♀️ I'm very angry now. I have been going every 3 months for 1 year and I'm satisfied with the work "exclusively by Anike" (hope, spelled correctly). Have a friend recommended the store and is today, despite the appointment in front of a locked door and after calling has been told that no one will come and the appointment is virtually impossible. IS THE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ???? I recommend you certainly no longer because punctuality or something is a foreign word for you. It may indeed be someone sick but then someone must come into the business and at least inform the customer and not stupidly leave in front of the closed door. An absolute no go. But if you can afford it, it's alright for me. For me it was the ?♀️?♀️

Ich empfehle diesen friseur auf keinen fall außer sie wollen ihre zeit verschwenden. Sie könnten halt immerhin anrufen und den termin absagen aber nein sie lässt mich warten und kein rückruf I got an appointment pretty quickly, but when I was there I was standing in front of the closed door for over an hour. I definitely don't recommend this hairdresser unless you want to waste your time. At least you could call and cancel the appointment, but no, it makes me wait and no call back
