Sie baut das Training gut auf, es wird nicht nur passiv gestretcht, sondern die Muskulatur wird auch aktiv gestärkt. Bei meinen Besuchen in Innsbruck schaue ich auch gerne direkt im Studio vorbei. Britt hat an der Pole immer tolle Tricks zu bieten und erklärt die Technik sehr gut. Sie versteht ihr Handwerk und ist für mich definitiv eine der besten Trainerinnen. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I've been very happy to attend Britt's online stretching courses. It builds up the training well, not only is it passively stretched, but the muscles are also actively strengthened. When I visit Innsbruck, I also like to stop by the studio. Britt always has great tricks to offer on pole and explains the technique very well. She knows her trade and for me is definitely one of the best trainers.

Britt ist nicht nur eine tolle Lehrerin sondern schafft es, dass man sich im Studio wie zu Hause fühlt und auch bei schwierigen Tricks aus seiner Komfortzone herauskommt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Flexibility classes und aerial hoop bei Diane! Very nice pole studio where you can only feel good! Britt is not only a great teacher, she also makes you feel at home in the studio and get out of your comfort zone even with difficult tricks. The flexibility classes and aerial hoop at Diane are also highly recommended!

Dass Poledance ihr Leben und ihre Leidenschaft ist merkt man in jeder Einheit. Egal ob jemand Anfänger oder schon fortgeschritten ist, sie sorgt dafür, dass sich jeder wohlfühlt :) Best studio! Best trainer! I've been training with Britt as a trainer for several years now. You can tell in every unit that pole dance is her life and her passion. You feel welcomed right from the start and everyone training there is super nice! Britt explains things in an understandable way and is always there to spot you when needed.
