Keine Frage blieb offen. Today I was with my daughter-in-law in the showroom of AEG Brunn am Gebirge. The advice from Ms. Barbara Albert was excellent. No question was left unanswered.

Wir wurden sehr gut beraten in Bezug auf Dampfgarer, Backofen, Kombigeräte, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Very good advice! Frau Angelika Patak hat für uns gekocht und die Geräte erklärt, es gab verschiedene Speisen aus dem Kombi-Dampfgarer. Frau Patak hat sehr kompetent und mit vielen Tipps in kürzester Zeit Kürbis-Risotto, Schweinslungenbraten mit Ofengemüse, gebackene Hühnerbrust auf Blattsalat und Nougatknödel mit Zwetschgenröster gezaubert. Auch das frische Brot war sehr köstlich. Die Entscheidung für dieses Gerät fällt somit eindeutig aus, vielen Dank an Frau Patak und ihre Assistentin Elisabeth für den netten Abend ? Yesterday was the first time in the AEG cooking studio on Campus21, very friendly welcome! Ms. Angelika Patak cooked for us and explained the appliances, there were various dishes from the combi steamer. Ms. Patak, very competent and with lots of tips, conjured up pumpkin risotto, roast pork with roasted vegetables, baked chicken breast on lettuce and nougat dumplings with stewed plums in the shortest possible time. The fresh bread was also delicious. The decision for this device is therefore clear, many thanks to Ms. Patak and her assistant Elisabeth for the nice evening ?

Obwohl dies nicht vorgesehen ist, haben uns Frau Albrecht und ein Kollege umgehend einen Techniker herbeigerufen. Leider gab es für unser Gerät das benötigte Ersatzteil nicht mehr. Frau Albrecht hat uns daraufhin über neue Geräte informiert - absolut „ungezwungen“. Die Beratung war sehr zielorientiert und äußerst freundlich. Frau Albert vermittelt die notwendigen Informationen gut verständlich, berät auch in Alternativen und beantwortet Fragen konkret am Punkt gebracht. Sehr angenehem und hilfreich! Unbedingt empfehlenswert, wenn man zB Einbauküche plant und nicht genau weiß, welche Geräte man wirklich verwenden und einbauen lassen möchte. Very competent and very friendly advice! Nach sehr vielen Jahren neue Küche neue Geräte von der Steinzeit ins Raketen Zeitalter , viel Verständnis erklärungs technisch geduldig und Zeit auf mich einzugehen ,auch Zubehör näher zu bringen und die Scheu vor der Technik auf zu lösen ein befriedigendes Erlebnis wir wissen schon wie unsere Geräte ausschauen und funktionieren und das war nicht unser einziger Termin an diesem Montag --- aber der beste ✌️ Completely relaxed advice, YOU can cook the appropriate good advice on the selection of devices and their function.
