M	Miroslav Vincour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HRŮZA HRŮZ!!!postele na které když se ponnete vzbudíte celé patro a to musí jít na společné ,,wc"kde tekla pouze ledová voda, se divím, že nepraskl vodovod! Do ,,lyžárny"se pořádně nadechnout, protože tam bydleli psi pana domácího a všude výkaly a neskutečný smrad.! Do spol místnosti kde je tv pro celý strašidelný barák si musíte sehnat pana domácího někde venku kde se hraje s kozama a smrdí jak cap a od něj vyptáte klíče od chladné místnosti kde ta tv ani pořádně nejede! Jsme se navečer sbalili a jeli do centra hledat něco rozumějšího, tohle opravdu ne!!! Jak to vůbec cestovky mohou nabízet!?!? To tam nikdy nebyli nebo co!!! Asi ne, hlavně ževto sype, ale nám po reklamaci a další rodině, která utekla s námi, peníze vrátili, ale to bylo dokazování, fota i videa!! HRŮŮZA!!!! P	Petr Hampl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trávili jsme zde silvestr 12/13 s partou cca 25 lidí. Apartmán je 2 poschoďový a na patře 8 2-4 lůžkových pokojů - 3 + 3 rohové pokoje mají i balkón . Zařízení pokojů je spíše jednoduché - dost použité postele včetně lůžkovin , stůl , dost použité židle , kříň , noční stolek , lampička a umyvadlo se zrcadlem a zásuvkou do které si bohužel pouze pánové připojí holící strojek . Další jediná zásuvka na 240V je umístěna pod oknem - u zrcadla taková není . Na patře je 2 x WC a dost ,,předpotopní,, vana se skoro funkční ruční sprchou . Jinak čistota na 1 . Strava 2 . Bohužel paní majitelka má ještě jeden apartmán, takže dochází pouze na výdeje snídaní a věčeří . Další nevýhodou je že v celém apartmánu není společenská místnost, kde by se parta lidí scházela a bavila bez časového omezení . Je zde pouze možnost využít jídelnu, kde s vámi zůstane majitelka max. do 22.00 hodin s tím že budete muset konzumovat její nabízené nápoje . Ze skepních prostor je dost zapáchající lyžárna bez oken a topení . Za cenu kterou nám naúčtovala byl pobyt celkem vyhovující, protože apartmán je dobře situován - mezi Schladmingem a centrem Ramsau . Jako další + bych vyzvedl volný přístup do bazénu v Ramsau . We spent New Year's Eve 12/13 here with a group of about 25 people. The apartment has 2 floors and on the floor 8 2-4 bed rooms - 3 + 3 corner rooms have a balcony. The furnishing of the rooms is rather simple - a lot of used beds including bedding, a table, a lot of used chairs, a cross, a bedside table, a lamp and a washbasin with a mirror and a drawer to which unfortunately only gentlemen attach a razor. Another single 240V socket is located under the window - there is no such mirror. Upstairs is 2 toilets and quite a "pre-flood" bath with almost functional hand shower. Otherwise the purity at 1. Diet 2. Unfortunately, the owner has another apartment, so there is only breakfast and dinner. Another disadvantage is that there is no common room in the whole apartment, where a group of people would meet and have fun without a time limit. There is only the possibility to use the dining room, where the owner will stay with you until 22.00 hours, with the proviso that you will have to consume her drinks. There is a rather smelly ski room without windows and heating from the dump rooms. For the price she charged us the stay was quite satisfactory, because the apartment is well situated - between Schladming and the center of Ramsau. As another + I would pick up free access to the pool in Ramsau.
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Pension mit einer sehr netten Besitzerin, Zimmer waren top modern und Super sauber, ganz tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer, Frühstücks Buffet war sehr umfangreich, lecker und schön angerichtet,wir bekamen auch viele tolle Wandertipps und Vorschläge wo man gut essen kann.... um es kurz zu fassen wir kommen wieder? ? Very nice pension with a very nice owner, rooms were very modern and super clean, great view from the room, breakfast buffet was very extensive, delicious and nicely presented, we also got many great hiking tips and suggestions where to eat well ... To put it briefly, we will come back again

Von außen wirkt die Pension sehr unscheinbar, jeder von uns ging die ersten Meter mit dem Gedanken ‚ Ist ja nur für eine Nacht ‚ .. der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung. Die Chefin hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und uns ein paar Sachen erklärt im Speiseraum. Dieser ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber gemütlich. Dannach ging es in die Zimmer. Im ersten Stock ist wirklich alles Hui!! Die Zimmer sind komplett renoviert und teilweise haben 4 Sterne Hotels nicht solch moderne und sympatische Zimmer! Die Zimmer wirken nicht nur auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber sondern sind es auch - Auf Hygiene wird hier sehr geachtet! ?? Eine neue, moderne Sauna ist ebenfalls vorhanden .. wirklich super. Alles in allem wirklich ein Geheimtipp meiner Meinung nach! Wenn man in Ramsau gut & günstig übernachten will mit einer sehr liebevollen Chefin, ist man hier wirklich seeehr gut aufgehoben!! ?? Super sympathetic pension directly after the ascent to Ramsau! The boss has received us very lovingly and explained a few things in the dining room. This is a bit older, but comfortable. Then it went into the room. On the first floor is really everything Hui !! The rooms are completely renovated and partly have 4 star hotels not such modern and sympathetic rooms! The rooms are not only very clean at first glance, but they are - Hygiene is very important here! ?? A new, modern sauna is also available .. really great. All in all, really an insider tip in my opinion! If you want to stay in Ramsau good and cheap with a very loving boss, you are really very much in good hands! ??

M	Manfred Tränkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider liegt das Haus direkt an ser Straße Abgasgeruch verdirbt die sonst gute Luft, das Umfeld ums Haus herum lässt wünsche offen, die Tische auf einer wohl privat genutzter Terrasse solle den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, es wäre schön auch draußen frühstücken zu können. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig, Betten optimal, die Chefin ist eher nett, wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Empfehlenswert Unfortunately the house is right on this street The smell of exhaust gas spoils the otherwise good air, the environment around the house leaves nothing to be desired, the tables on a private terrace should be made available to the guests, it would be nice to be able to have breakfast outside. The rooms are new, the beds are perfect, the boss is rather nice, requests were implemented immediately. Recommendable
