H	Harald Meixner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist gut und die Apartments sind sehr geräumig. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit und Hygiene etwas zu wünschen übrig. Spinnweben im Zimmer und Essbereich. Die Corona bedingten Abstände im Essbereich sind auch nicht eingehalten. Man sitzt Rücken an Rücken. Mit dem selben Tuch mehrere Tische abwischen ohne Desinfektionsmittel geht aktuell auch nicht meiner Meinung nach. Das Personal ist durchaus freundlich und bemüht. Persönlich glaube ich, dass es am Management fehlt. Es fehlt die führende Hand. Während der gesamten Woche kam nicht hervor wer die Führung im Haus hat. Ohne Corona bzw. mit besseren Hygiene Maßnahmen hätte ich wahrscheinlich einen Stern mehr bewertet. The location is good and the apartments are very spacious. You sit back to back. Wiping several tables with the same cloth without disinfectant is currently not possible in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and tried hard. Personally, I think there is a lack of management. The leading hand is missing. During the entire week it was not revealed who was in charge of the house. Without Corona or with better hygiene measures, I would probably have rated one star more.
M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Küche ging ohne Probleme.Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar. Das Abendessen ist schmackhaft. Die Kaffeejause etwas einfallslos. Das Frühstück war für uns perfekt, die besten Semmeln ever und das Angebot ausreichend. . The location of the hotel is great. An upgrade to a room with a kitchen went without any problems. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is functional. Somewhat aging furniture. The dinner is tasty. The coffee break a bit unimaginative. The breakfast was perfect for us, the best rolls ever and the range was sufficient. .
B	Barbara S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Hanglage mit Aussicht ins Tal und auf Planai, wenn auch derzeit durch eine Baustelle samt Kran direkt vorm Hotel etwas getrübt. Die Appartments sind riesig, allerdings Achtung über 3 Ebenen verteilt. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und gut, allerdings ständig wiederholend (was uns persönlich nicht stört). Zu Mittag kann man sich einen Snack bestellen, ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Snack. Abendessen kann man aus 3 Speisen wählen, waren sehr lecker. Schnitzel, Chicken Nuggets, Fischstäbchen und Spaghetti gibt es immer als Alternative. Beautiful hillside location with a view of the valley and Planai, even if it is currently a bit clouded by a construction site including a crane directly in front of the hotel. The apartments are huge, but be careful, spread over 3 levels. Breakfast buffet sufficient and good, but constantly repeating (which doesn't bother us personally). You can order a snack at lunchtime, but it's really just a small snack. Dinner you can choose from 3 dishes, were very tasty. Schnitzel, chicken nuggets, fish fingers and spaghetti are always available as alternatives.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Meals are tasty, varied and substantial. Communal room available to store ski equipment. Apartments with balconies have great views over the town and slopes.
