They are catastrophe 5 month delay in delivery, after that windows were still missing. When the missing windows will come is still a question mark!

Die Tür wurde im Juni mit zwei Monaten Verspätung geliefert. und zu allem Überfluss wurde es ohne die gewünschten Teile geliefert. Diese Firma hält mich nun seit einem halben Jahr ohne richtigen Zugang zu meiner Wohnung fest. Die Leute dort machen ständig Versprechungen, die sie nicht halten. Ich würde vor dieser Firma warnen, sie sind unprofessionell und werden Ihnen eine Menge Stress bereiten. I ordered a front door from Adex in February. The door was delivered two months late in June. and to top it all, it was shipped without the parts requested. This company has been holding me for six months without proper access to my apartment. The people there are always making promises that they don't keep. I would warn about this company, they are unprofessional and will cause you a lot of stress.
P	Patrick Baumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsche Dichtungen, beschädigte Terrassen tür , Haustüren sind bis zum Schluss nicht geliefert und montiert worden und wir wurden nur vertröstet und belogen bis wir uns Ersatz besorgt haben , die beauftragte Montage Firma von der fa adex hat uns bestohlen . Läuft jetzt alles übern Anwalt, Herr Wolf ist zwar sehr bemüht aber anscheinend nicht im Stande das zu koordinieren. Nur Probleme und sehr zum abraten diese firma Wrong seals, damaged terrace door, house doors were not delivered and installed until the end and we were only put off and lied to until we got a replacement, the commissioned installation company from fa adex stole from us. Now everything runs through the lawyer, Mr. Wolf tries very hard but apparently not able to coordinate it. Only problems and very much to advise against this company
