Habe ein Foto von den Tieren per Email geschickt, in kurzer Zeit Rückruf mit genauer Information und Identifikation, um was es sich handelt. 2 Stunden später war Herr Schmidt bereits vor Ort in der Wohnung und hat die Bekämpfung durchgeführt. Das an einem Samstag! Ein sehr sympatischer, professioneller Schädlingsbekämpfer, der genau erklärt was getan wird und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit wieder!!! Ich habe sofort jemanden erreicht und 2 Stunden später war auch schon der sehr freundliche und proffessionelle Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Er hat alles erklärt und viel interessantes über Amerisen erzählt. Die Arbeit war sehr gründlich und es wurde auch immer erklärt, was gemacht wird und warum. Fazit: Sehr freundlich und proffessionell, definitiv zu empfehlen! We had a massive ant problem in our bathroom for weeks until we finally decided (way too late!) To call an exterminator. I reached someone immediately and 2 hours later the very friendly and professional employee was on site. He explained everything and told a lot of interesting things about Amerisen. The work was very thorough and it was always explained what was being done and why. Conclusion: very friendly and professional, definitely to be recommended!
W	Werner Wertitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also schon allein das erste Telefonat, sowie dann die guten und ehrlichen Antworten, sowie die Aufforderung zuerstmal Fotos zu schicken wenn möglich waren wesentlich besser als alle anderen Schädlingsbekämpfer-Erfahrungen (nur Kontaktaufnahme) die ich bis dahin gemacht hatte. Es hat sich herausgestellt was ich gefunden hatte waren keine Bettwanzen sondern was weitaus weniger schlimmes. Und das wurde dann auch schon per Email freundlich bestätigt von der Firma Schmidt, mit dem Angebot das wenn ich will sie trotzdem die Wohnung behandeln können (was letztendlich nicht notwendig war weil kleine Wohnung und relativ einfaches Problem). Super Sache, wird meine erste Wahl für solche Dinge. Bzw besser "Wäre meine erste Wahl, aber am besten keine Schädlinge" mit klopfaufholz ;) So even the first phone call, as well as the good and honest answers, as well as the request to send photos first, if possible, were much better than any other pest control experience (only contact) that I had made up to then. It turns out what I found weren't bed bugs but something far less bad. And that was then kindly confirmed by email from the Schmidt company, with the offer that if I want they can still treat the apartment (which was ultimately not necessary because a small apartment and a relatively simple problem). Great thing, will be my first choice for things like that. Or better "Would be my first choice, but preferably no pests" with * knock on wood *;)

Habe mir über Google eine Firma gesucht und bin zum Glück auf Herrn Schmidt gestoßen. Kurzes Telefongespräch, Adresse übermittelt und nach kurzer Zeit war mein Problem gelöst.
