Hab Schuh Größe 43 bestellt schnelle Lieferung 5* aber dann..... hab Karton 43 aber Schuhe 44 bekommen..
Leider meine Schuld nicht kontrolliert und sie 2 solchen für die Arbeit getragen bis ich ein Geräusch gehört hatte (das Geräusch wenn die Schuhe zu groß sind).
Abends über Amazon adams angeschrieben die Sache erklärt, antwort kein problem schicken sie es zurück....
So 4wochen später ich frag nach wo schuhe oder Geld bleibt.
Antwort . Es tut mir leid sie haben die Schuhe getragen es ist leider keine Erstattung oder Rücksendung von denn alten Schuhe möglich....
119 Euro kassiert und die Schuhe behalten....
Diebstahl und Betrug... ich warte jetzt noch was Amazon dazu sagt bis nächsten Sonntag sonst wird Anzeige gemacht

I ordered shoe size 43 fast delivery 5* but then ..... got box 43 but shoes 44 ..
Unfortunately my fault was not checked and she wore 2 such to work until I heard a noise (the noise when the shoes are too big).
Wrote to Amazon Adams in the evening, explained the matter, no problem reply, send it back....
So 4 weeks later I ask where shoes or money are.
Reply . I'm sorry you wore the shoes, unfortunately no refund or return of the old shoes is possible....
Collected 119 euros and kept the shoes....
Theft and fraud... I'll wait and see what Amazon says about this until next Sunday, otherwise a complaint will be made
