Leider treten mit den Lizenzen immerwieder Probleme auf [Aktivierung bei Neuinstalltion an neuen PC etc]. Man wird bei Support-Anfragen NICHT UNTERSTÜTZT, sondern an den Hersteller verwiesen. Wir können nur dringend davon abraten, bei dieser Firma zu kaufen! We bought "Foxit PhantomPDF Business" licenses from ACP IT Solutions in 2015 and 2016. Unfortunately, problems with the licenses occur again and again [activation on reinstallation on new PC etc]. You are NOT SUPPORTED for support requests, but referred to the manufacturer. We can only strongly advise against buying from this company!

Die Preise sind sehr überteuert und werden zudem nur als Nettobetrag angegeben, wobei die Steuern am Schluss noch draufgerechnet werden.. Als Studentin bin ich eh knapp bei Kasse & hatte mir zum Glück zuvor eine 2. Meinung eingeholt & bin daher nicht auf das Preisangebot eingegangen! 2 Wochen, nachdem ich meinen Laptop vorbeigebracht hatte und immer noch nicht kontaktiert wurde (weder per Mail noch Anruf), beschloss ich die Sache selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Bei einem Telefonat klärte sich die Sache: eine Email wurde an die falsche Emailadresse geschickt aufgrund meiner "unleserlichen" Handschrift. Meine Handschrift ist zwar recht leserlich und sauber, was sich durch das Telefonat bestätigte, denn die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon konnte meine Adresse gut lesen. Dennoch kann ich so einen Fehler gut nachvollzuziehen. Meiner Meinung gehört es aber auch zum guten Service dazu, dass man den Kunden trotzdem versucht zu kontaktieren, wenn man 10 Tage lang keine Rückmeldung bekommt (Wenigstens per Telefon, meine Nummer war ja auch angegeben). Ausserdem war es ja ein Fehler seitens des Unternehmens, doch war die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und versuchte mir die Schuld dafür aufgrund meiner "schlampigen" Handschrift in die Schuhe zu schieben, anstatt einfach die Situation zu erklären und sich zu entschuldigen. Finde ich echt schade.. I really advise everyone to stay away from this company! The prices are very overpriced and are only given as a net amount, with taxes being added at the end. As a student, I am short of money anyway & luckily I had a second opinion beforehand & therefore I did not respond to the price offer ! 2 weeks after bringing my laptop over and still not being contacted (neither by email nor by phone), I decided to take matters into my own hands. The matter was cleared up during a phone call: an email was sent to the wrong email address due to my "illegible" handwriting. My handwriting is quite legible and clean, which was confirmed by the phone call, because the employee on the phone could read my address well. Still, I can understand such a mistake. In my opinion, it is also part of good service that you try to contact the customer anyway if you have not received any response for 10 days (at least by phone, my number was also given). In addition, it was a mistake on the part of the company, but the employee on the phone was very rude and tried to blame me for my "sloppy" handwriting instead of simply explaining the situation and apologizing. I think it's a shame ..
V	Valentina Unger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unseriös und extrem schlechter Service ! Vorab machte mein Freund einen Termin telefonisch zur Begutachtung seines MacBooks aus. Die Kosten dafür sollten sich laut ACP IT Solutions für diesen Service auf 50€ belaufen. Als er seinen Laptop ablieferte, wurde ihm gesagt, dass es nun doch 80€ ausmachen würde. Es wurde dabei nicht erwähnt, dass die Mehrwertsteuer nicht inbegriffen ist. Meiner Meinung nach sehr unseriös für solch ein Unternehmen. Als er seinen Laptop wieder abholte, wurde ihm anschließend per E-Mail die Rechnung von 96€ übermittelt, weit entfernt von den angepriesenen 50€! Nachdem er daraufhin bei ACP IT Solutions in der Stachegasse anrief, wurde er mehrmals weitergeleitet, bis niemand mehr seinen Anruf annahm. Folgende Anrufe wurden sofort abgelehnt. Erst als ich mit meiner Nummer anrief, konnten wir unmittelbar wieder jemanden erreichen. Sehr unseriös und in keinem Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Dubious and extremely bad service! When he picked up his laptop again, he was then emailed the invoice of € 96, far from the advertised € 50! After he called ACP IT Solutions in Stachegasse, he was forwarded several times until nobody answered his call. The following calls were rejected immediately. It wasn't until I called with my number that we were able to reach someone again immediately. Very dubious and definitely not to be recommended!
T	Tibulator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unseriöser und schlechter Service! Meine Mutter kam mit einem vermeintlich defekten iPhone. Vor Ort wurde ihr mitgeteilt, dass die Apple Garantie in ihrem Fall nicht greifen würde, weil es ihr heruntergefallen sei, und dass sie lieber das Handy zur Reperatur dalassen solle. Glücklicherweise hat sie zuvor mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen. Das Handy ist weder runtergefallen noch defekt, einzig und alleine das Aufladekabel hat nicht funktioniert. Dubious and bad service! My mother came with a supposedly defective iPhone. On site, she was told that the Apple guarantee would not apply in her case because it had fallen off and that she should leave the cell phone for repairs. Fortunately, she contacted me beforehand. The cell phone was neither dropped nor defective, only the charging cable did not work.
