Leider hat der Verkäufer auch sehr passiv reagiert, auf meine Wünsche. Ich wurde behandelt wie ein Tourist. Patzige und unfreundliche Verkäufer gehen einfach nicht... Unfortunately, very disappointing. ACE an Tate is so well known for the clip-on sunglasses. However, this is by far not applicable to all models. Nach ein paar Anproben hab ich mich für die Neil Large entschieden. das beste war... ich konnte sie noch am selben Tag mitnehmen. Ich bin mega glücklich mit meiner Brille. Die Verkäufer waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. My brother accidentally broke my glasses and recommended your shop to me. Der junge Mann vor Ort war sehr kompetent und bemüht und hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen. Am Ende habe ich die perfekte Brille gefunden. Ich kann den Store nur weiter empfehlen. Angesichts der derzeitigen Lockdown-Beschränkungen war ich wirklich überrascht über den 1A Service der mir von dem wahnsinnig bemühten Mitarbeiter (Christian?) entgegengebracht wurde. Hat sich sehr viel Zeit für Beratung genommen und ehrliche Ratschläge gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert :) Brille, Qualität und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! I recently went to the Ace & Tate store in Innsbruck to buy new glasses. In view of the current lockdown restrictions, I was really surprised at the first-class service that was provided to me by the insane employee (Christian?). Took a lot of time to advise and give honest advice. Highly recommended :) glasses, quality and price-performance ratio top!

Brille probiert, Gläser mit Blaufilter in meiner Stärke bestellt, eine Woche später angekommen, angepasst und seitdem passt einfach alles wunderbar! Fesche Modelle und wirklich angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch der Nachsorge Service, nachziehen und nachformen ist kein Problem und man kann jederzeit einfach vorbei kommen. Wirklich Super! Ace & Tate not only has a large selection, but also great employees and great service! Tried glasses, ordered glasses with blue filter in my strength, arrived a week later, adjusted and since then everything just fits perfectly! Smart models and really pleasant atmosphere. The aftercare service, follow-up and reshaping is not a problem and you can just drop by at any time. Really great!

Ich habe sowohl meine optische Brille (morris), als auch meine Sonnenbrille (dexter) bei Ace & Tate IBK gekauft. Die Auswahl fiel schwer - ich wollte am liebsten gleich 3 weitere Modelle mitnehmen, weil die einfach alle so cool sind! Man fühlt sich in dem Laden sofort wohl und die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich sehr viel Zeit für Ihre Kunden und stehen beim Einkauf mit super kompetenter Beratung und viel Engagement zur Seite. Auch auf das optimale Einstellen der Brille wird sehr viel wert gelegt, damit einem beschwerdefreien Tragen nichts im Wege steht - an dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank für deine Engelsgeduld, lieber Cristian! Alles top - ich kaufe meine Brillen zukünftig nur noch bei A&T! :) Very cool shop with super stylish glasses at great prices! I bought both my optical glasses (morris) and my sunglasses (dexter) from Ace & Tate IBK. The choice was difficult - I wanted to take 3 more models with me because they are all so cool! You immediately feel at home in the shop and the employees take a lot of time for their customers and are at their side when shopping with super competent advice and a lot of commitment. Great importance is also attached to the optimal adjustment of the glasses so that nothing stands in the way of symptom-free wearing - at this point, thank you again for your patience, dear Cristian! Everything is great - in future I will only buy my glasses from A&T! :)
