Ö	Özgür Cebo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr Innovatives tolles Unternehmen. Leider sind die Techniker alle über eine Leihfirma angestellt und eine Übernahme kommt nicht in Frage. Es wird bei den Quartalsbesprechungen erwähnt ,aber das war es auch schon. Ich spreche aus Erfahrung. Es ist immer ein kommen und gehen in der Werkstätte und der Projektierung. Weil die meisten mit der Projektierung und der E-Planung nicht zurecht kommen, weil die Abteilungen nicht miteinander auskommen. Es werden keine Informationen weitergeleitet. Dadurch gibt es Probleme bei der Umsetzung von den Projekten. Die Vorgesetzten wissen es aber können nichts dagegen Unternehmen. Die suchen sich die neuen aus und geben die Schuld denen. Geht doch einfacher als das super tolle Stammpersonal zu beschuldigen. Das hört der jenige bei einem Mitarbeitergespräch ,was er falsch gemacht haben soll, was ja nicht stimmt. Ständig muss man sich rechtfertigen für Sachen die man nicht gemacht hat. Auch verbale und rechtspopulilistische Attacken von Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten ,die man auf sich nehmen muss. Habe es gemeldet ,aber nur teils von den Mitarbeitern umgesetzten. Es könnte ein sehr gutes Unternehmen werden ,wenn man den Vorgesetzten in der Projektierung und die E-Planung durch qualifizierte,kommunikative ehrliche Mitarbeiter ersetzt. An alle Ex Abb Mitarbeiter, schreibt auch ihr eure Erfahrungen. (Die gekündigt oder gekündigt worden sind) Es gibt noch vieles die ich schreiben könnte, aber wer es wissen will kann mich ja Kontaktieren. A very innovative, great company. There is always a come and go in the workshop and the project planning. Because most of them cannot cope with project planning and electrical planning, because the departments do not get along. It could be a very good company if you replace the supervisor in project planning and electrical planning with qualified, honest, communicative employees.
