S	Sabine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde nicht kompetent beraten. Verkäufer/in hatte keine Lust war unser Eindruck. Werde mir nächstes mal denn Verkäufer aussuchen. Was not given competent advice. Our impression was that the seller didn't feel like it. I will choose the seller next time.

Im Mai habe ich mir dort ein Handy + Tarif angemeldet, im ersten Monat sage und schreibe 147€ gezahlt und das wurde erst gut 1 1/2 Monate später abgebucht. Beim zweiten Mal wurden 35€ angebucht. Ich habe direkt machen lassen dass es sofort von meinem Konto abgebucht wird und keine lästigen Papier Rechnungen kommen (Ein sehr großer Fehler!!). Mein Konto ist auch immer gedeckt weshalb es kein Problem sein dürfe dass es monatlich abgebucht wird. Jetzt wurde mein Handy gesperrt weil ich angeblich nicht gezahlt habe! Es sollte doch sofort von meinem Konto abgebucht werden und ich habe nie eine Mahnung oder sonstiges bekommen! Als ich dann dort war wurde mir unfreundlich gesagt ich solle dort selber anrufen. WIE DENN WENN MEIN HANDY GESPERRT IST?! Noch dazu bin ich schwanger und sollte etwas sein kann ich NIEMANDEN anrufen dank deren fehler!! Wenn die Mitarbeiter und Lehrlinge es nicht schaffen einen Kunden zu helfen oder dass die Rechnung direkt abgebucht wird (Ich betone nochmal, mein Konto ist IMMER gedeckt!!!!) , dann sollten Sie bitte eine andere Arbeit suchen die auch zu Ihnen passt!! In my opinion, the shop should be closed. In May I registered a mobile phone + tariff there, paid a whopping 147 € in the first month and it was only debited a good 1 1/2 months later. The second time, € 35 was booked. I had it made straight away so that it would be debited from my account immediately and there would be no annoying paper bills (a very big mistake !!). My account is always covered, which is why it shouldn't be a problem that it is debited monthly. Now my cell phone has been blocked because I supposedly didn't pay! It should be debited from my account immediately and I never received a reminder or anything else! When I was there I was rudely told to call them myself. WHAT IF MY MOBILE PHONE IS LOCKED ?! On top of that, I'm pregnant and if something goes wrong, I can't call ANYONE thanks to their errors! If the employees and apprentices do not manage to help a customer or that the invoice is debited directly (I emphasize again, my account is ALWAYS covered !!!!), then you should look for another job that suits you!

V	Vera Heissbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war hier um die Handysignatur zu beantragen. Das ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wartezeit bis wir an die Reihe kamen war allerdings lästig. Auch Vormittag schon viel los. I was here to apply for the cell phone signature. That went very quickly and easily. The waiting time until it was our turn was annoying. A lot going on in the morning too.
A	Aurela Xani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie hatte ich so ein schlechtes internet wie bei A1. Alles schlecht. Deren Kunden sind denen unwichtig. Alles schlecht. Niemals werde ich A1 weiterempfehlen. Aber die Mitarbeiter im Shop sind sehr nett. I've never had such a bad internet as with A1. All bad. Their customers are unimportant to them. All bad. I will never recommend A1 to others. But the staff in the shop are very nice.
