Ich habe bereits 2 Mails mit Fragen gesendet und erhalte trotz der Bitte um Bestätigung keinerlei Antwort obwohl sie angekommen ist und bearbeitet wurde. (dass sie bearbeitet wurden, wurde mir mitgeteilt also ich eine Woche später angerufen habe)
Für meinen Auftrag gab es keinerlei Vertrag nur eine kurze Info wo ich wann sein soll.
Bei Anrufen wirkt das Personal sehr gestresst und so, als würden sie nicht weiterhelfen wollen.
Ich würde diese Agentur deshalb absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen, da man sich nicht gut aufgehoben fühlt! Da gibt es bestimmt bessere Firmen die sich auch angemessen um potenzielle "Models" kümmert, alle Fragen beantwortet und sich Zeit nimmt.
Totally unprofessional, disorganized and rude.
I have already sent 2 emails with questions and, despite the request for confirmation, I have not received an answer even though it has been received and processed. (I was informed that they were processed so I called a week later)
There was no contract for my job, just a short information about where I should be and when.
When calling, the staff seems very stressed and as if they don't want to help.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this agency, because you don't feel that you are in good hands! There are definitely better companies that take care of potential "models" appropriately, answer all questions and take their time.
