★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offener und konstruktiver Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, es wird viel Wert auf ein positives Betriebsklima gelegt. Es wird an allen Fronten ständig nach Innovation und Verbesserung gestrebt.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Geschäftsführung ist nicht so gut in Mario Kart, wie sie gerne behauptet.
 Open and constructive interaction with employees, great emphasis is placed on a positive working atmosphere. It is constantly striving for innovation and improvement on all fronts.
The only downside: The management is not so good in Mario Kart, as she likes to claim.
