Jürgen und sein Team sind auch ein großer Faktor, denn hier hast du nicht nur ein schnelles Training in 20 Minuten. Sondern erfahrene Trainer, die dich in einem freundschaftlichen Umfeld an deine Grenzen bringen (sofern man härter trainieren will) oder generell etwas für die eigene Gesundheit tun möchte. Es gibt auch ein "Relaxe-Programm", welches ich aber nicht ausprobiert habe. Alles in allem kann ich 20-Minutes EMS in Eisenstadt sehr empfehlen. 20 Minuten findet man schnell für ein gezieltes Training! At first I was suspicious as to whether EMS was even for me. But after the first trial session, I was able to discover the huge advantages for myself. Jürgen and his team are also a big factor, because here you not only have a quick workout in 20 minutes. But experienced trainers who will push you to your limits in a friendly environment (if you want to train harder) or generally want to do something for your own health. There is also a "relax program" which I haven't tried. All in all I can highly recommend 20-Minutes EMS in Eisenstadt. You can quickly find 20 minutes for targeted training!
