I went here to a concert on the evening of october 9th, 2020. There was no info about entrance fee or ticket price. When I was paying the drinks the owner asked me for a 15 eur fee for the Concert per person even though we we're only 30 min there. As any event in Vienna one get the Info about the pricing and organisation in Facebook and in the Website of the Club. I checked both and there was No Info about the ticket fee. In fact I didn't even get a ticket after paying. INSIDE the Club, 4 Meters away from the entrance written with chalk in a small blackboard IN A DARK CLUB, it stated 15 €. 'Dear owners this Policy never happened to me before.' Either you Charge the Ticket price at the entrance or IT IS freie Spende (pay AS you Wish). You are far from being Smart. I am the first defender of music bands and happy to pay an entrance Fee and Support them but what you did is Not legal. You have to offer full transparency to the customers and they decide if they visit the Concert or not. Please post the pricing of the Event in your Homepage and social media. I understand you need the money and your Club ist not central and is hard to get paying customers but the Concert was good and I would have brought more customers to your club but with this behaviour I am obliged to inform the Public. I Hope you get more customers as it was half empty and now I know why. Am Abend des 9. Oktober 2020 besuchte ich hier ein Konzert. Es gab keine Informationen über Eintrittspreise oder Kartenpreise. Als ich die Getränke bezahlte, bat mich der Besitzer um eine Gebühr von 15 Euro pro Person für das Konzert, obwohl wir nur 30 Minuten entfernt sind. Wie bei jeder Veranstaltung in Wien bekommt man die Info über die Preise und Organisation in Facebook und auf der Website des Clubs. Ich habe beides überprüft und es gab keine Info über die Ticketgebühr. Tatsächlich habe ich nach der Bezahlung nicht einmal ein Ticket bekommen. INNERHALB des Clubs, 4 Meter vom Eingang entfernt, mit Kreide geschrieben auf einer kleinen Tafel IN EINEM DUNKELEN CLUB, hieß es 15 €. 'Liebe Besitzer, diese Politik ist mir noch nie passiert. Entweder Sie verlangen den Eintrittspreis am Eingang oder ES IST frei Spende (zahlen Sie, wie Sie wollen). Sie sind weit davon entfernt, intelligent zu sein. Ich bin der erste Verteidiger von Musikbands und bezahle gerne eine Eintrittsgebühr und unterstütze sie, aber was Sie getan haben, ist nicht legal. Sie müssen den Kunden volle Transparenz bieten und sie entscheiden, ob sie das Konzert besuchen oder nicht. Bitte veröffentlichen Sie die Preise der Veranstaltung auf Ihrer Homepage und in den sozialen Medien. Ich verstehe, dass Sie das Geld brauchen und Ihr Club nicht zentral ist und es schwierig ist, zahlende Kunden zu bekommen, aber das Konzert war gut und ich hätte mehr Kunden in Ihren Club gebracht, aber mit diesem Verhalten bin ich verpflichtet, die Öffentlichkeit zu informieren. Ich hoffe, Sie bekommen mehr Kunden, denn der Club war halb leer und jetzt weiß ich, warum.
