m	michael stecher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider absolut unfähig und unzuverlässig was die Zustellungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit für Fedex betrifft. Keine Anrufe trotz Zusage und falsche Scan Informationen (annahmeverweigert obwohl nichtmal ein Fahrer vor Ort war und das 3 Tage hintereinander). Der normale Hausverstand würde sagen dass ich zumindest einmal beim Empfänger anrufe (wenn es Probleme gibt) aber das ist wohl für die Mitarbeiter von Stoll zu viel verlangt. Ps. Am vierten Tag / Versuch der Anlieferung kam der Fahrer schlussendlich und hat auch angerufen. Eine Verständigung war zwar nicht möglich aber zumindest wusste man dass man JETZT nach dem Fahrer suchen kann. Unfortunately, absolutely incapable and unreliable when it comes to deliveries as part of our work for Fedex. No calls despite confirmation and incorrect scan information (acceptance refused even though there was not even a driver on site and that for 3 days in a row). Common sense would say that I call the recipient at least once (if there are problems) but that is probably too much to ask for the Stoll staff. Ps. On the fourth day / attempted delivery, the driver finally came and called. An understanding was not possible, but at least you knew that you can look for the driver NOW.
F	Frederik Reinhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service. Habe kurz angerufen da meine DHL Fright Sendung über sie lief und das Tracking nicht ganz schlüssig war. Wollte nur fragen ob die Lieferung heute kommt. Habe dann kurz gefragt ob ich die Lieferadresse noch ändern kann. War kein Problem und Lieferung kam wie versprochen am gleichen Tag an der richtigen Adresse an. Super Service. I called briefly because my DHL Fright shipment was going through them and the tracking was not entirely conclusive. Just wanted to ask if the delivery is coming today. Then I asked if I can change the delivery address. Wasn't a problem and delivery arrived at the right address on the same day as promised.
