Ausbesserungsarbeiten von 7 bis 15 Uhr möglich, was für einen Berufstätigen entsprechend umständlich ist. Positiv für die Bewertung war schlussendlich die pünktliche Mängelbehebung durch freundliche Handwerker.
 The entire painting work in the new cooperative apartment was carried out rather uncleanly - it was apparently painted under time pressure ... Repair work possible from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., which is correspondingly cumbersome for a working person. In the end, the punctual rectification of defects by friendly craftsmen was positive for the rating.
