★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, als Stammkunde gibt es eine Tankkarte und einen Waschpass, bei welchem man eine gratis Autowäsche in der Waschanlage erhält.
Very nice staff, as a regular customer there is a fuel card and a washing pass where you can get a free car wash in the car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöflich am Telefon! Nimmt Reparatur nicht an, weil sowieso zu viel zu tun. Auf die Frage wohin ich mich sonst wenden könnte…“keine Ahnung“. Hab bei dem Typen des öfteren getankt-werde ich nicht mehr machen!
Rude on the phone! Will not accept repairs because too busy anyway. When asked where else I could turn ... "I have no idea". I refueled with the guy a lot - I won't do it anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unterirdisch. Nach Wochen und mehreren Anfragen keine Ware. Ich bekomme die Auskunft, dass die Ware aus allen möglichen Ländern verschickt wird und dass es daher zu Verzögerungen kommen kann. Irgendwann bekomme ich lapidar die Meldung, dass ein Artikel aus meiner Bestellung nicht verfügbar ist.
Was für eine unfassbar schlechter Kundenservice.
Underground. No goods after weeks and several inquiries. I get the information that the goods are being sent from all possible countries and that there may be delays as a result. At some point I get a succinct message that an item from my order is not available.
What an incredibly poor customer service.
