★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In letzter Zeit 2x dort gewesen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit als mein Autohaus mich mit fehlenden Unterlagen zur Anmeldung schickte hat sie telefonisch dort angerufen und die Dinge geklärt bzw per Email angefordert.
Been there twice recently. The employee was very friendly and helpful when my dealership sent me to register with missing documents, she called them by phone and clarified things or requested them by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War in der zulassungstelle mir wurde nicht mal geboten mich hinzusetzen wo ich drann war.Nach halbe stunde bla bla bla konnte ich das fahrzeug nicht anmelden weil ich ZAHLUNGSPROBLEME in der vorherigen Versicherung hatte, hab ich mir gedacht okay kann sein bin sicherheitshalber in einer anderen zulassungstelle gegangen mach 5min kennzeichen bekommen! Die dame zeigt von anfang an das sie kein bock auf die arbeit hat.
Kann bei besten willen die positiven bewertungen nicht verstehen
Was in the registration office I was not even asked to sit down where I was. After half an hour blah blah blah I couldn't register the vehicle because I had PAYMENT PROBLEMS in the previous insurance, I thought it might be okay, I'm in a different registration office to be on the safe side gone do 5min get license plate! The lady shows from the beginning that she is not in the mood for work.
Can't understand the positive reviews with the best of intentions

In beiden Fällen wurde ich kompetent und umfassend informiert . In freundlicher Atmosphäre wurden meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und prompt erledigt.Die Abwicklung erfolgte für mich problemlos, da die Betreuer alles für mich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit übernahmen und erledigten. Ich musste nur noch unterschreiben.
I handled 2 different matters. A somewhat complicated registration for a caravan and investment advice. In both cases I was informed competently and comprehensively. In a friendly atmosphere, my questions were patiently answered and dealt with promptly. The processing was problem-free for me, as the supervisors took over and did everything for me to the fullest satisfaction. I just had to sign it.

This office was a rare case of extremely helpful and communicative staff, going an extra mile for their customer's difficult wishes. They were amazingly proactive when it came to solving a complicated matter. Really recommend this place.
