Wir hatten Anfang Jänner einen Termin wegen unserem Vorzimmer und er wollte sich eine Woche darauf melden. Nur hat er sich bis heute (20.2.) nicht gemeldet. Man hat eh beim Termin schon irgendwie gemerkt, dass ihm unsere Anforderungen überfordern. Daher setzen wir unser Projekt lieber mit einer anderen Firma um, die wirklich zuverlässig ist und tolle Ideen hat. Zoro? - No thanks The boss speaks unfortunately only big and much therefore. We had an appointment at the beginning of January because of our anteroom and he wanted to contact me one week later. Only he has not registered until today (20.2.). One already noticed somehow at the appointment, that it overwhelms our requirements. Therefore, we prefer to use our project with another company that is really reliable and has great ideas.

Der Geschäftsführer persönlich hat sich an zwei Terminen für uns Zeit genommen und ist allen Wünschen perfekt nachgekommen und war auch jederzeit für kurze Fragen und Vorschläge erreichbar - sei es mittels Mail oder telefonisch. Man hat das genaue Zeitfenster unseres Einzuges freigehalten und den Termin wahrgenommen um die Küchenmontage wahrzunehmen. Auch der Monteur war total zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat die Arbeit perfekt erfüllt. Ich kann die Dienstleistung von Zoro Wohndesign wärmstens weiterempfehlen! A few months ago we contacted the Zoro-Wohndesign team to get an alternative offer for a kitchen. The managing director personally took time for us on two appointments and perfectly complied with all requests and was also available at any time for short questions and suggestions - be it by email or by phone. The exact time window of our move-in has been kept free and the appointment has been kept to carry out the kitchen assembly. The fitter was also very courteous and friendly and did the job perfectly. I can warmly recommend the services of Zoro Wohndesign!
