Dadurch werden massive Verkehrsbehinderungen und Wartezeiten verursacht und durch die Zuständigen Achselzuckend in Kauf genommen. Hier muss grundlegend eine andere Arbeitskultur her! Officialism in its purest form. Anyone who does not speak German and has to ask something is snapped at. Speed is not an issue, coffee gossip has priority. Since Corona, customs employees have only managed to process one "customer" at a time. This causes massive traffic delays and waiting times and those in charge shrugged their shoulders. A fundamentally different work culture has to come from here!

Персонал экспедиторской фирмы Sieber вел себя хамски! В открытую матерился , показывал неприличные жесты. Негативно высказывается о всех водителях. Из- за нас ему приходится работать и оформлять документы. Никакой информации не дает. Откровенно пользуется безнаказанностью и защитой пластикового окна... Крайне негативное впечатление о фирме! Thank you for your 'wholehearted' service, that your bureaucracy destroyed some girl's Christmas. You just had to give out a package with some Christmas gifts in it, but now you have made up your mind and decided destroying the package instead with some clothes and sweets in it.
