Die technischen Lösungen waren stets pragmatisch und sinnvoll, unter Nutzung der bestehenden Gegebenheiten und der vorhandenen Substanz - kein "alles abreissen und neu bauen". Die Umsetzung erfolgte rasch und in hoher Qualitität, die Abrechnungen waren immer korrekt und fair.
