★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair prices and an okay selection, but God was the service poor! Worst ever! Clearly the lady had no interest in customer service what so ever.
My parents and I arrived at the store at 17:30 yesterday - 30 minuters before closing. I was in search for a dirndl for Oktoberfest and yesterday was our last day of holiday before leaving to go home (to northern Europe). Since I realized there was little time, I imediately asked the lady who worked at the store to assist. She literarly turned me down and said I should go search myself! My mom assisted to the best of her ability, but wanted to ask help for another size. The lady ignored my mother completely! I was getting ready to buy a dirndl with a blouse (despite of the hopeless lady) and asked if there was another same size blouse, since the seem was fringed. Her answer: "If you come back tomorrow there is, but now we are closing and really one should calculate with at least one hour when dirndl-shopping". This was said after she ignored us asking her for help - twice! Since I couldn't come back next day, I seriously thought about leaving the store - just because of her horrendous attitude. She should get another job! I Spent 100 Euro and was asked if I wanted a bag in a tone of voice that clearly started that I didnt... ?
