★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is MedEl company office in Vienna, went there twice. Staff are very cooperative and very friendly. In case you don't talk German ( like me) they talk English. Top service. Everything was smooth and uncomplicated. You must call and take appointment to not wait there. Usually they give appointment in the same day or the next day.
