Ihre Yogakurse sind top, für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene. Einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen :) Simply a place to feel good! Walpurgis passes on her knowledge of yoga, herbs, Ayurveda, etc. in a cozy atmosphere. Her yoga courses are great, for beginners as well as advanced. Just to recommend :)
S	Sonja Baierhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Yogaschülerin von Walpurgis und schätze an ihr sehr, dass sie, obwohl sie alle Übungen mitmacht, individuell auf alle TeilnehmerInnen eingeht, sodass vom Anfänger bis zum Fortgeschrittenen jeder auf seine Kosten kommt. Sie achtet sehr genau, dass die Übungen präzise durchgeführt werden, und sagt die Übungen - sowohl im Präsenz-unterricht als auch im online-Unterricht - sehr detailliert an. Grundsätzlich wird ein sehr rundes Programm aus Atemübungen, Asanas und Entspannungsübungen mit viel Abwechslung bei den einzelnen Übungen angeboten, und Ihre beruhigende Stimme lässt einen bereits bei Beginn der Yogastunde die Hektik des Alltags vergessen. Außerdem lernt man auch aus vielen anderen Bereichen ständig dazu, weil sie ihren Schülern ihr Wissen, wie z.B. über Ayurveda, Pflanzenkunde oder generell über energetische Ausgewogenheit so nebenbei in ihren Stunden weitergibt. Eine sehr achtsame, liebevolle, und fröhliche Yogalehrerin, die ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. I am a yoga student at Walpurgis and I really appreciate the fact that, although she participates in all the exercises, she responds individually to all participants, so that everyone from beginners to advanced learners gets their money's worth. She pays very close attention to the fact that the exercises are carried out precisely and announces the exercises in great detail - both in face-to-face and online lessons. Basically, a very well-rounded program of breathing exercises, asanas and relaxation exercises with a lot of variety in the individual exercises is offered, and your calming voice lets you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life at the beginning of the yoga class. In addition, one constantly learns from many other areas, because she passes on her knowledge to her students, e.g. about Ayurveda, herbalism or generally about energetic balance in her lessons. A very attentive, loving and happy yoga teacher who I can only warmly recommend.
