J	Jazzmin Earthling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In den 2 1/2 Jahren in denen meine Oma bis zu ihrem Tod hier lebte gab es nur Kommunikations-schwierigkeiten mit dem Heim & dessen Betreuern. Als sie ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert wurde & starb wurden wir nicht vom Seniorenheim verständigt sondern von der Sachwalterin.. Das Seniorenheim meldete sich erst bei uns als ihnen einfiel dass das Zimmer geräumt werden muss & setzten uns dabei gleich eine Frist. Der Termin wurde ausgemacht & bestätigt, aber als wir da waren wusste keiner Bescheid. Mit dem halben Zimmer schon in Kisten verpackt sagten sie uns wir müssen aufhören da es nicht genehmigt sei, obwohl der Termin schon Tage vorher bestätigt worden war .... Unfreundlich, unorganisiert & uneinsichtig .. So geht das in einem Altenheim nicht - und schon gar nicht springt man so mit einer trauernden Familie um ... Schult euer Personal besser!! In the 2 1/2 years that my grandma lived here until her death, there were only communication difficulties with the home and its carers. When she was admitted to the hospital & died we were not informed by the retirement home but by the guardian .. The retirement home only contacted us when it occurred to them that the room had to be vacated & immediately set us a deadline. The appointment was made & confirmed, but when we were there no one knew. With half the room already packed in boxes, they told us we had to stop because it was not approved, even though the appointment had been confirmed days beforehand .... Unfriendly, disorganized & unapologetic .. That's not how it works in a nursing home - and certainly not how you deal with a grieving family ... Train your staff better !!
M	Mario Lindner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett lustlose und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Bewohner werden mangels schlechter Ausbildung oder keiner Lust an der Arbeit behandelt wie der letzte Müll! Schimpft sich Pflegeheim mit null Pflegeampitionen! Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem gereizt oder einfach komplett überfordert, zu Lasten der Bewohner! Und die Behandlung der Angehörigen ist keine Spur besser! Completely listless and unfriendly employees! The residents are treated like the last rubbish due to a lack of poor training or no desire to work! Scolds nursing home with zero nursing ambitions! The employees are extremely irritable or simply completely overwhelmed, to the detriment of the residents! And the treatment of relatives is not a bit better!
