Auf Anfrage per Mail wird sehr zeitnah geantwortet und auf Probleme eingegangen. Eine Unregelmäßigkeit, welche von der Fa. Zeltparadies nicht zu vertreten war, wurde dennoch äußerst kundenfreundlich gelöst. Ich werde wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen. It is a pleasure to work with this company. Everything is done to the fullest satisfaction. Upon request by e-mail, we will respond very promptly and deal with problems. An irregularity for which the company Zeltparadies was not responsible was nevertheless solved in an extremely customer-friendly manner. I will order from this company again.

Top Ware, das sieht man erst vor Ort bzw. sind die Fotos auf der Homepage diesbezüglich nicht sehr aussagekräftig (aber wie auch bei einem Zelt). Hätte vorher nicht geglaubt, wie stabil so ein Zelt konstruiert sein kann. Der Aluteil hat locker 20 kg.... Also, lieber ein bisserl ins Gsparte greifen und dafür ein langlebiges und auch chiqes Top Produkt erhalten, oder halt jährlich den Baumarkt besuchen, weils "schon wieder hin" ist. Klare Empfehlung !!! First of all, very nice contact. As for the goods / folding tent ... Price / performance more than fair. Top goods, you can only see that on site or the photos on the homepage are not very informative in this regard (but like with a tent). Wouldn't have believed before how stable such a tent can be. The aluminum part easily weighs 20 kg ... So, it is better to dig a little and get a long-lasting and also chic top product, or visit the hardware store every year because it's "gone again". Clear recommendation !!!
