Viele Fragen habe ich mit Geschäftsleiter persönlich oder telefonisch durchdiskutiert und mehrmals die Pläne aber auch geändert (meistens meine und meiner Frau Meinungsänderungen) bis wir Finale Version geschafft haben (da war die Firma besonders geduld). Was für mich wichtig war waren die schnelle Reaktionen auf die Fragen und dann am Ende auch rasche Planänderungen wegen örtlichen sonstigen Vorschriften. Als wir uns dann für eine Massivbauweise entschieden merkte wir schnell, dass das Geld für den Plan umsonst war, da dieser für ein Massivhaus nicht verwendet werden kann. Wütend über das rausgeschmissene Geld, fragte ich bei einigen Architekten nach Hilfe. Mache Preise waren utopisch, andere Architekten hatten erst gar keine Zeit! Zum Glück fanden wir dann, dank GOOGLE, die Fa. einzigArtig wo Hr. DI Fodor nicht nur Verständnis für unsere Situation hatte, sondern uns auch einen fairen Preis und rasche Hilfe anbot. Zwar verwendeten wir den Plan der Fertigteilfirma als Basis, allerdings machte uns DI Fodor noch auf einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufmerksam, wodurch unser Plan wirklich perfekt und einzigartig wurde. Auch um die Abwicklung mit dem Bauamt kümmerte sich DI Fodor. Als wir durch einen Einwand der Nachbarn, eine Kleinigkeit ändern mussten, wurde auch dies rasch und OHNE zusätzliche Kosten erledigt. Fazit: Für uns der perfekte Architekt mit viel Gefühl und Empathie. Brachte alle wünsche perfekt auf Papier und bietet ein PERFEKTES RUNDUMSERVICE zu einem äußerst fairen Preis.
