E	Erol Buharali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 3 Jahren im Besitz von 8 Bordeaux Gläser. Sie werden nur sehr wenig gebraucht. Und wenn nur mit äusserster Vorsicht. Vor 2 Tagen gingen 2 Gläser gleichzeitig zu Bruch. Bei dem ersten brach der Stiel in der Mitte und beim anderen die Seitenwand. Ich schrieb Zalto an und bat um Ersatz, da ich von einem Materialfehler ausgehe. Denn bei so teuren Gläser darf der Stiel nicht einfach in der Mitte brechen. Zalto wird mir die Gläser nicht ersetzen. Ich bin von den Gläsern und von der Kundenfreundlichkeit enttäuscht. Ich werde stabilere Weinkelche kaufen und froh sein, dass ich mich wieder aufs Wein trinken konzentrieren kann und nicht ob das Glas bei mir oder meinen Gästen plötzlich bricht. Sie sind wunderschön, nur zeigen sie teilweise schon nach dem ersten mal im Geschirrspüler deutliche Korrosionsschäden. So etwas hatte ich noch nie, der Geschirrspüler ist recht neu und die Gläser werden vorsichtig in ein gesondertes Fach gestellt. Leider antwortet der Kundenservice auch seit zwei Wochen nicht mehr auf meine Reklamationsanfrage. Ich finde das insgesamt inakzeptabel bei den Preisen und der extra Beteuerung, dass die Gläser spülmaschinenfest wären. Unfortunately rather disappointed with the glasses. Bei einem bekannten hatte ich die Möglichkeit diese Art Glas zu testen, und ich war überrascht ein Rotwein aus einem Zaldo Glas zu trinken, wie sich der Wein entfalten kann, was man riechen kann . Der A /B Vergleich zu einem anderem Rotwein Glas war überwältigend und wohlgemerkt Ich hatte hier das Universal Glas von Zalto ,Einziger Nachteil ist der Preis aber selbst hier muss man suchen man bekommt die Gläser manchmal etwas günstiger. Für den Wein Fan ist das Zaldo Glas eine Kauf Empfehlung. Until recently, I myself never dreamed that a glass would have so much effect.
