Nach dem Eintritt in den Warteraum Händedesinfektion und Temperatur -Kontrolle - vorbildliche Covid-Prävention! Super! Exakte Anamnese mit Hilfe eines Tablets. Alles sehr professionell. Dr. Peißig erklärt alle Behandlungsschritte, arbeitet ruhig und professionell. Ich bekam ein Betäubungsmittel, da etliche lebende Zähne behandelt werden mussten. Die Behandlung war zu 100% SCHMERZFREI!!! Toll! Ich war schon bei vielen Zahnärzten in Behandlung, aber so gut betreut und professionell, vor allem aber schmerzfrei behandelt, wurde ich noch selten! Exact medical history using a tablet. Everything very professional. Dr. Peißig explains all treatment steps, works calmly and professionally. I was given an anesthetic because a number of living teeth had to be treated. The treatment was 100% PAIN FREE !!! Great! I have already been treated by many dentists, but I have rarely been treated so well and professionally, but above all painlessly! I'm already looking forward to the next visit! K	Karin Ertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am Montag, 29.3.2021 angerufen, (wegen eines heiklen, abgebrochenen Zahnes) da mein Zahnarzt auf Urlaub ist und geschlossen hat. Leider wurde mir erst ein Termin im Juni, in Aussicht gestellt, wenn überhaupt. Es war nicht möglich in den darauffolgenden Tagen einen Termin zu erhalten. Würde eigentlich keinen Stern hergeben, so das möglich wäre. Called on Monday, March 29th, 2021, (because of a delicate, broken tooth) because my dentist is on vacation and closed. Unfortunately I was only given the prospect of an appointment in June, if at all. It was not possible to get an appointment in the following days. Wouldn't actually give a star if that were possible.
M	Manuel Schnaiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin überwältigt! Als Angst-Patient wurde ich mit Ruhe, Einfühlungsvermögen und viel Verständnis empfangen (vom Team sowie vom Arzt) - noch dazu am 28. Dezember (wo sonst niemand offen hat) ohne dort jemals zuvor gewesen zu sein, nach Anruf um 14:00 einen Termin am selben Tag um 15:45 zu bekommen ist sicherlich nicht selbstverständlich (und um 16:00 enden an einem Montag lt. google die Öffnungszeiten). Das gesamte Team wirkt auf mich über die Maßen kompetent, ambitioniert und wohlwollend. Ich kann diese Praxis wirklich mit besten Gewissen empfehlen! I am overwhelmed! As an anxiety patient, I was received with calm, empathy and a lot of understanding (by the team as well as the doctor) - on top of that on December 28th (where no one else is open) without ever having been there before, after a call at 2:00 pm Getting an appointment on the same day at 3:45 p.m. is certainly not a given (and the opening times end at 4:00 p.m. on a Monday according to google). The entire team seems to me to be extremely competent, ambitious and benevolent. I can really recommend this practice with a clear conscience!
M	Mario Fürst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich mit meiner bisherigen Zahnärztin schon länger nicht sehr zufrieden bin, hab ich mir bei Dr. Peißig einen ersten Kontrolltermin ausgemacht. Wegen aktuer Schmerzen musste ich nun aber schon deutlich davor noch einmal Kontakt aufnehmen und hab sofort nach 2-3 Stunden vorbeikommen können. Die Damen waren am Telefon schon sehr nett und bemüht. In der Praxis hat sich der Eindruck dann bestätigt. Mir hat besonders getaugt, dass ich die Stimmung deutlich weniger steif empfunden hab als sonst beim Zahnarzt. So locker und angenehm geplaudert hab ich noch nie beim Zahnarzt wie dort. Dr. Peißig hat mir dann alle Schritte sehr klar und verständlich erläutert. Er hat sehr viel Ruhe ausgestrahlt und war ausschließlich auf die Tätigkeit in meinem Mund fokussiert, was ich besonders zu schätzen weiß, weil ich das Gefühl bei meiner bisherigen Zahnärztin zu oft nicht hatte (da waren Gespräche mit den anderen Damen während meiner Behandlung wohl oft wichtiger). Im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten, die ein Zahnarzt-Besuch bietet, war es für mich ein wirklich angenehmes Erlebnis und ich bin froh, dass ich mich für den Wechsel entschieden habe. After I have not been very satisfied with my previous dentist for a long time, I went to Dr. Pissig made a first check-up appointment. Due to current pain, I had to contact me again well before that and was able to come over immediately after 2-3 hours. The ladies on the phone were very nice and tried hard. In practice, the impression was then confirmed. I was particularly pleased that I found the mood much less stiff than usual at the dentist. I've never chatted so relaxed and pleasantly at the dentist as there. Dr. Peißig then explained all the steps to me very clearly and understandably. He radiated a lot of calm and was focused exclusively on the activity in my mouth, which I particularly appreciate because I often didn't have the feeling with my previous dentist (conversations with the other women during my treatment were probably often more important ). Within the scope of the possibilities that a visit to the dentist offers, it was a really pleasant experience for me and I am glad that I decided to switch.

Habe in der Ordination angerufen und einen Termin bekommen, die Behandlung war schmerzfrei und ich wurde über den weiteren Verlauf genügend aufgeklärt. So eine Ordination (Arzt und Mitarbeiter) muss man empfehlen. Had a broken tooth, pain over the weekend and then my dentist was on vacation. I called the ordination and got an appointment, the treatment was painless and I was sufficiently informed about the further course. Such an ordination (doctor and staff) has to be recommended.

Ich habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Trotz vollem Kalender habe ich aufgrund von starken Schmerzen einen Termin bekommen. Leider ist mein Zahnarzt momentan in Urlaub und hat keine Vertretung. Die anderen Zahnärzte sind auch entweder auf Urlaub oder konnten mich nicht einschieben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! C	Claudia Schwarzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte soeben einen Termin, weil meine Zahnfüllung durch das Verzehren einer Pistazie ausgefallen ist. Ist ein ziemlich großes Loch. Ich als Laie kann natürlich nicht beurteilen ob das dringend behoben werden muss, aber wenn eine Speise in das Loch kommt schmerzt es. Und jetzt zum Punkt: Ich bin schon länger Patientin bei Herrn Dr. Peißig und muss mich für meine Notfallversorgung bis zum 7.4. gedulden und dass, weil er neue Patienten übernommen hat und er diese Terminen, bei denen es sich um KEINE Notfallversorgung handelt, einhalten muss. Ich musste das jetzt hier einfach loswerden, weil ich jetzt durch die Übernahme von Patienten gezwungen bin mir einen anderer Arzt zu suchen um rascher versorgt zu werden. Aber vielleicht ist das generell so üblich und ich überreagiere jetzt. Schade
