Habe einen kurzfristigen Termin binnen 2 Stunden bekommen, Wartezeit trotzdem unter 10 Minuten, zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Kommunikation durch DDr. Franzelin, kann ich nur empfehlen. A piece of incisor broke off during a business stay. Got a short appointment within 2 hours, waiting time under 10 minutes, courteous staff, good communication by DDr. Franzelin, I can only recommend it.

Freundlich, kompetent, beruhigend und man kommt sogar gerne wieder zu einer Zahnbehandlung zurück. Er nimmt sich zeit, erklärt alles ordentlich. Er nimmt einem die Angst, also kommt alle zu ihm er ist wirklich mir abstand der beste, ihr werdet es alle sehen!!! Very good dentist, does his job accurately. They are all very nice and hard-working. There is no such good dentist as him. He takes his time, explains everything properly. He takes the fear away, so everyone comes to him he is really the best by far, you will all see it !!!

Die Ordination hat eine super Lage und Herr DDr. Franzelin nimmt sich wirklich sehr viel Zeit, erklärt einem alles wichtige und ist zugleich sehr einfühlsam. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an gut aufgehoben. Neben dem eigentlichen Problem wurde auch gleich eine weitere Füllung sofort gemacht, wo es seinerseits bedenken gab bezüglich eventuelle Komplikationen in der Zukunft. Trotz Wahlarztes ist die Vergütung absolut leistbar. Die Praxis ist wirklich mehr als empfehlenswert (Das restliche Team bzw. die Assistentinnen sind auch super freundlich). Incredibly nice team. Even as a new patient, you get an appointment very, very quickly. The ordination is in a great location and Mr. DDr. Franzelin really takes a lot of time, explains everything important and is also very empathetic. You feel that you are in good hands from the first minute. In addition to the actual problem, another filling was made immediately, where there were concerns about possible complications in the future. Despite having an elective doctor, the remuneration is absolutely affordable. The practice is really more than recommendable (the rest of the team and the assistants are also super friendly).
K	Katha W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann Dr. Franzelin wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Er ist ein sehr guter Zahnarzt, nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt alles ganz genau und verständlich. Gerade für Angstpatienten ist er wohl einer der wenigen, der es schafft, einem diese zu nehmen! Die Behandlungen bei ihm sind komplett schmerzfrei und man fühlt sich (soweit man das von einem Arztbesuch sagen kann ?) sehr wohl, ernst genommen und verstanden. Auch die Assistentin, die u.a. die Mundhygiene macht, ist sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent. Ich bin sehr froh, dass er mir empfohlen wurde! ? I can Dr. Really warmly recommend Franzelin. He is a very good dentist, takes his time and explains everything precisely and clearly. For fearful patients in particular, he is probably one of the few who can take them away from you! The treatments with him are completely painless and you feel (as far as you can tell from a doctor's visit ?) very comfortable, taken seriously and understood. The assistant who does oral hygiene, among other things, is very nice, friendly and competent. I am very happy that it was recommended to me! ?

They treat every patient very well, with a lot of EMPATHY, something difficult to find in other dentists. They are always aware of how you feel. Perfect for students who don't speak German yet, because the doctor and his team explain everything in detail. The place is always clean and there is a pleasant energy. Thank you very much for being so human and warm. They also have very affordable prices and take the time to get everything just right.
