Table should be cleaned - sticky surface. Frustrating to See the delivery service running out every 10 min while bring there you must wait for 1 1/2 hours to get the Starter served.

The last order took 2.5 hours, food arrived cold and without any excuse. Called the restaurant and said they should give me some kind of compensation, waitress told me she can't but the manager will contact me. Never happened....

l	lillo segre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the most important thing: the food. It was not good, the quality is more than enough but the taste was not enough good (the miso soup was good instead). The waiters made me wait more than enough and they didn't smile not even one time during all the lunch. And finally be careful they don't accept credit card, so you have to pay only with cash (still in the 2018).

One the menu no picture, and no information to check the ingredient. Presentation of the sushi very low, even the avocado in the maki was to ripe. If you cant make sushi dont do it or learn to do. Based on the previous comments, it s look like the chef try to find a recipe, passing from a rice too sour, to a rice too sweet...

L	Lässe Ferl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I've visited this restaurant quite often years ago and I always enjoyed the food. But since 1 year or so this restaurant got worse and worse until it turned into a complete train wreck. The presentation of the food is good, but the taste is horrible. We ordered several different dishes and I can't recommend any of them: Stringy meat, a matcha salad without matcha but with a ready-made dressing, a soup that promised pumpkin, that didn't have any pumpkin in it and tasted like pure sugar, etc. But the worst was the duck wrap which tasted like a parmesan card-board with ultra-dry duck in it. The drinks were warm and most waiters (we had like 3 different ones during our stay, but there were like 8, even though we were the only customers) seemed quite incompetent. One of our three waiters was really nice, though. But the worst of all: We even told the waitress at the end that we didn't enjoy the food after she asked if everything was alright. We gave some feedback, but she didn't even care. No comment, not even a shrug. Sorry, but no one of us will ever visit Z10 again.
