The apartment is clean and spacious, with an exceptionally atmospheric terrace. Very convenient rental - the keys are waiting in the building. I would recommend to all traveling to Vienna looking for a place close to the Praternstern
C	Cathrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht!!! Hier geht es nur um Geld!!! Wir haben vor der Corona-Pandemie ein Wochenende in Wien geplant und sind auf diese schöne Wohnung gestoßen. Leider kam dann Corona dazwischen und zu unseren Reisedaten (Oktober 2020) war Wien Risikogebiet und wir konnten nicht anreisen. Eigentlich hätten wir gemäß den Richtlinien von Booking aufgrund "höherer Gewalt" kostenfrei stornieren können, es wurde aber um Umbuchungen gebeten, um die Vermieter zu unterstützen. Dieses Angebot haben wir angenommen und haben die Buchung in den Mai 2021 gelegt. Komischerweise wurde im Oktober schon das Geld abgebucht und von der kostenlosen Rückbuchung nichts erwähnt. Erst nach einigen, nicht ganz freundlichen, Mails bekamen wir die Zusage, dass das Stornorecht auch im nächsten Jahr gelten wird. Das soll es noch nicht gewesen sein... In der letzten Woche bekam ich eine Email, dass meine Kreditkarte abgelaufen sei und ich sie innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden aktualisieren muss, sonst würde die Buchung storniert. Obwohl die Unterkunft das Geld ja bereits abgebucht hat (?!?!), habe ich die Aktualisierung vorgenommen und bekam auch von Booking die Bestätigung, dass die Kreditkarte erfolgreich verlängert wurde. Am nächsten Tag kam trotzdem die Stornierung und trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen keine vernünftige Erklärung, warum die Stornierung erfolgte. Gegenüber Booking wurde sogar die Aussage getroffen, ich hätte das Geld zurückgefordert. Nach weiterer Rückfrage, ob es zu der Aussage einen Beleg gibt, kam auch hierzu keine Antwort mehr. Das Geld ist bisher auch immer noch nicht wieder bei mir eingegangen... Dann habe ich für den gleichen Zeitraum eine Buchungsanfrage gestellt und siehe da, der Preis war über 50% höher als noch bei der ersten Buchung... (Wir hätten die Wohnung natürlich NICHT erneut gebucht!!!) Ein Schelm, wer dabei Absicht unterstellt....!? Attention!!! This is all about money !!! We planned a weekend in Vienna before the corona pandemic and came across this beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, Corona intervened and on our travel dates (October 2020) Vienna was a risk area and we could not travel there. Actually, we could have canceled free of charge in accordance with Booking's guidelines due to "force majeure", but rebooking was requested to support the landlord. We have accepted this offer and have placed the booking in May 2021. Strangely, the money was already debited in October and nothing was mentioned about the free chargeback. Only after a few, not very friendly, emails did we get the promise that the cancellation right would also apply next year. It shouldn't have been ... Last week I got an email that my credit card had expired and that I have to update it within the next 24 hours, otherwise the booking would be canceled. Although the accommodation has already debited the money (?!?!), I carried out the update and also received confirmation from Booking that the credit card was successfully extended. The next day the cancellation came in spite of multiple inquiries and no reasonable explanation as to why the cancellation was made. Booking was even told that I had demanded the money back. After further inquiries as to whether there was any evidence for the statement, there was no answer to this either. The money has still not been received by me ... Then I made a booking request for the same period and lo and behold, the price was over 50% higher than the first booking ... (Of course we would NOT have booked the apartment again !!!) A rogue who assumes intent ...!?

P	Prodan Ovidiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great apartment. Not hard to find. Will easy host double the persons you booked it. Enormously spacious rooms. Make sure you bring your own toiletries and ask for extra towels. Most of them have back exit to a nice terrace and have fresh air. I will rate it 4 stars for the money I payed.
