★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten mal hat die Identifikation nicht geklappt. Mitarbeiter war ziemlich ungenau und unhöflich, leider kann man im Anschluss keine Bewertung abgeben. Dagegen hat die Identifikation bei nem anderen Anbieter reibungslos funktioniert und in der Vergangenheit waren noch andere die viel besser waren.
 For the first time, the identification didn't work. Employee was rather imprecise and rude, unfortunately you can not give a review afterwards. In contrast, identification worked smoothly with another provider and in the past there were others who were much better.

Versuch nicht funktioniert, echt ein bisschen mühsam und eine Zeitverschwedung, konnt daher kein Konto bei der Bank Austria machen, hab von einer Freundin im Ncahhinein das selbe gehört. Desweiteren versteh ich nicht warum ich in akrobatischer Manier meinen Führerschein in alle lagen halten muss? Bei einer einfachen Ausweiskopie muss ich ja auch nur Vor- und Rückseite scannen und das wird auch anerkannt. Fazit nicht empfehlenswert.
Unfortunately it didn't work after the second attempt, really a bit of a hassle and a waste of time, so I couldn't open an account with Bank Austria, I heard the same thing from a friend downstairs. Furthermore, I don't understand why I have to hold my driver's license in all positions in an acrobatic manner? With a simple copy of my ID card, I only have to scan the front and back and that is recognized. Conclusion not recommended.
