Die Einheiten sind für jeden geeignet, der nicht nur mal die müden Knochen in Bewegung setzten will, sondern auch mental mal richtig abschalten möchte. Ingrid begleitet ruhig & entspannt durch die Stunde & geht auf jedes individuelle Anliegen gezielt & effizient ein.
During the lockdown, I did a few online hours at Yomeca Salzburg & it was a lot of fun. The units are suitable for everyone who not only wants to get tired bones moving, but also wants to really switch off mentally. Ingrid accompanies you calmly and relaxed through the hour and deals with every individual concern in a targeted and efficient manner.

I've been doing yoga with Ingrid for almost 3 years. Both on site and online and I am very satisfied. The course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced learners. Just try it out and relax!
