★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich nehme momentan am Schwangerenyoga "Bald Mama Yoga" teil. Es ist sehr entspannend und Sabine geht super auf meine bzw. unsere Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden ein. Egal welches "Problemchen" auch auftritt, man kann sich immer an sie wenden und sie versucht so gut als möglich mit passenden Übungen zu helfen.
Man fühlt sich nie überfordert, was an Übungen geht das geht und
wenn´s mal nicht so geht - dann eben nicht. Entspannung steht an erster Stelle. Auch die Geburtsvorbereitung kommt nicht zu kurz. Sabine geht nicht nur auf die Schwangerschaft mit den momentanen Beschwerden ein, sie lässt auch die Geburt nicht außer acht und baut in den Stunden Atemübungen und andere Übungen ein, um uns auf die bevorstehende Geburt vorzubereiten.
Kann Yogatime also unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und vor allem wertgeschätzt!
 I am currently participating in the pregnancy yoga "Soon Mama Yoga". It is very relaxing and Sabine is very responsive to my or our pregnancy problems. No matter what "problem" arises, you can always turn to her and she tries as best as possible to help with suitable exercises.
You never feel overwhelmed by what exercises are all about
if it doesn't work that way - then it doesn't. Relaxation comes first. The preparation for the birth is not neglected either. Sabine not only deals with the pregnancy with the current symptoms, she also doesn’t ignore the birth and includes breathing exercises and other exercises in the lessons to prepare us for the upcoming birth.
So I can definitely recommend Yogatime. Price-performance ratio is great. You feel very comfortable and, above all, valued!
