Was ihr euch auch nicht entgehen lassen solltet, ist eine Nuad-Behandlung bei ihr. Einfach nur traumhaft. Danke ?? Christine's yoga classes are an enrichment. With her warmth, Christine creates a space for well-being in which “being myself” is possible. What you shouldn't miss is a Nuad treatment with her. Just fantastic. Thanks ??

Die Katzen, die sich während der ganzen Stunde rund um sie aufhalten, machen die ungewohnte Situation des Onlinekurses, zu einem fröhlichen Ausflug in die Leichtigkeit des eigenen Körpers. Danke, liebe Christine! I was allowed to take part in an online yoga class yesterday. It is wonderful how lovingly and carefully Christine chooses every word with which she announces the exercise. The cats, which are around them for the entire hour, turn the unfamiliar situation of the online course into a happy excursion into the lightness of your own body. Thank you, dear Christine!

Wer gerne sportliches mit meditativen verbindet ist hier richtig. Christine ist sehr einfühlsam und jede Yogastunde bei ihr bringt einen wieder herunter und macht einfach glücklich. For me, no other yoga studio that I have been able to get to know even comes close to the yoga lions. Anyone who likes to combine sport with meditation is right here. Christine is very empathetic and every yoga class with her brings you down again and just makes you happy.
