Cool studio with a great atmosphere. Bright and decorated with attention to detail. Great offer of different styles, top teachers and a lot of relaxation at the end of each session.

A beautiful studio in the up-and-coming port district! Sabine is hard to beat in terms of cordiality and experience, with the large selection of courses and teachers there is something for everyone. Both memberships and drop-ins are possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War in der Spielgruppe mit meinem Enkel (16 Monate), Sabine geht einfühlsam mit den Kleinen um, sie ist immer dort, wo die Kleinen herumturnen und hat die Rundumkontrolle. Angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre, in der sich die Kleinen wohl fühlen...und natürlich auch die Eltern.
Was in the playgroup with my grandson (16 months), Sabine is sensitive to the little ones, she is always there where the little ones do gymnastics and has all-round control. Pleasant quiet atmosphere in which the little ones feel comfortable ... and of course the parents too.

Ihre Korrekturen in den Asanas sind der präzise und es ist für jeden etwas dabei – von Schwitzen und auspowern bis zur völligen Entspannung und Loslassen.
Large selection of courses, great hours, a large, beautiful and clean studio with a lot of warmth. Sabine has a very pleasant voice and deals with everyone personally. Your corrections in the asanas are precise and there is something for everyone - from sweating and having a workout to complete relaxation and letting go.
