Ein mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichteter Raum, wo ich mich sofort wohl fühlte. Der Kurs war sehr lehrreich. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten und kann sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!! Danke nochmal, Nina, für den schönen Tag!!! It was my first day course with Nina. Was warmly welcomed by Nina. A few flights of stairs led up to the attic. A room furnished with a lot of love, where I immediately felt comfortable. The course was very educational. I'm looking forward to the next one and can recommend her with a clear conscience! Thanks again, Nina, for the nice day!

Dabei kommen bei den einzelnen Übungen weder die Spannung, noch die Entspannung zu kurz. Nina und Deepak sind besonders achtsame und ganz tolle Yoga Trainer, die ganz genau wissen was sie tun. Ich freue mich auf jede Stunde. Yoga with Nina and Deepak is always a very special experience. The two of them practice yoga in a very special way for me. Neither tension nor relaxation are neglected in the individual exercises. Nina and Deepak are particularly mindful and great yoga trainers who know exactly what they are doing. Ich habe hier die Erfahrung gemacht, dass beide während den Trainingsstunden sehr auf die korrekte Haltung und den Bewegungsablauf eingehen, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Es werden sowohl meditativ entspannende als auch sportlich herausfordernde Stunden angeboten und die verschiedenen Locations sind superschön. Nina and Deepak are very experienced and competent trainers. Your way of teaching yoga is absolutely authentic. I have made the experience here that both of them pay great attention to correct posture and movement during the training sessions in order to avoid injuries. Both meditatively relaxing and sporty challenging hours are offered and the various locations are super beautiful.

When we were in India my husband and I went to her classes daily and are now going to her retreat in Greece. Overweight and in our sixties we have grown stronger and fitter. Nina introduced us to yoga and her empathy and knowledge is just inspiring xxxx If you ever have the opportunity to go to one of her classes you too will be inspired. Namaste ?
