★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Michaela merkt man, dass alle Klassen professionell vorbereitet sind. Die abwechslungsreichen Stunden sind ein Genuss. Meine Nackenbeschwerden haben sich total gebessert. Ich kann die Yoga-Klassen nur weiterempfehlen.
 At Michaela you can tell that all classes are professionally prepared. The varied hours are a pleasure. My neck problems have totally improved. I can only recommend the yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michaela ist eine sehr aufmerksame Person und schafft es sich mit ihrer empathischen Art sich in jeden einzelnen gut hineinzuversetzen. Ich glaube, das ist recht wichtig um angemessen Stunden abzuhalten. War einmal bei einer Mama-Baby-Yoga Einheit... da war es recht locker und die Erwartungen und Wünsche von Gross und Klein wurden in der Stunde von Michaela und ihrer wunderbaren Tochter sehr feinfühlig wahrgenommen ...!:) lohnt sich - auch online !
Michaela is a very attentive person and, with her empathic nature, manages to empathize with everyone. I think this is quite important in order to hold proper lessons. Once there was a mom-baby yoga unit ... it was quite relaxed and the expectations and wishes of young and old were very sensitively perceived during the lesson by Michaela and her wonderful daughter ...! :) is worth it - also online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Schwangerschaftsyoga mit Michaela ist einfach super. Ich würde bzw empfehle es an jede werdende Mami weiter. Michaela hat eine herzliche Art und geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Nach jedem Kurs bekommt man den Link zur Kursaufzeichnung und man kann zuhause nochmals alleine üben.
The pregnancy yoga with Michaela is just great. I would or would recommend it to every expectant mum. Michaela is warm and responsive to all requests. After each course you get the link to the course recording and you can practice again alone at home.

Meine Frau hat mich motiviert mitzukommen um endlich was gegen meine Rückenprobleme zu unternehmen.
Michaela hört zu und geht ideal auf die Belange ein.
Die ruhige und doch offene Atmosphäre in den Klassen runden die Einheiten ab.
Real or online, Michaelas Yoga has something for everyone!
My wife motivated me to come along to finally do something about my back problems.
Michaela listens and deals ideally with the issues.
The units are rounded off by the calm yet open atmosphere in the classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga mit Michaela macht viel Freude und tut unheimlich gut. Besonders Yoga im Weingarten am Biohof Klampfer hat mit besonders gut gefallen, mitten im Weingarten, zwischen Hühner und Ziegen. Natur und Entspannung pur.
Yoga with Michaela is a lot of fun and feels incredibly good. I particularly liked yoga in the vineyard at Biohof Klampfer, in the middle of the vineyard, between chickens and goats. Pure nature and relaxation.
