Ich kann es am jeden Fall weiter empfehlen ... es war professionell, es hat tiefe gehabt - nicht nur "Workouts" sondern die ganze Philosophie, der Spirit of Yoga, es hat der östliche Touch... Tipps und Ratschläge die man nicht in die Bücher findet! Es war auch sehr spannend und abwechslungsreich - verschiedene Modulle mit Anatomie, Yoga Thai Massagen, Prana Flow Yoga, Spiral Dynamik, Mantras singen.... Ich kann mir nur bei Peter bedanken, für seine Mühe, Herzblut, für die Neue Wege.... einfach für Alles!!! Danke Peter LG Klara :) I did yoga training at Peter. I can definitely recommend it to others ... it was professional, it had deep - not just "workouts" but the whole philosophy, the spirit of yoga, it has the eastern touch ... tips and advice that you are not into finds the books! It was also very exciting and varied - different modules with anatomy, yoga Thai massages, prana flow yoga, spiral dynamics, singing mantras ... Vivaan (Peter) ist ein wunderbarer Lehrer der einem Yoga nicht nur oberflächlich vermittelt sondern einem ein richtiges Gefühl für Yoga in seinem ganzen Dasein mitgibt. Die Ausbildung war unglaublich spannend und hat mich definitiv inspiriert mich noch intensiver und mehr mit Yoga zu befassen. Ich kann Peter zu 100% weiter empfehlen!!! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit I can only say that I felt very comfortable during my yoga teacher training. Vivaan (Peter) is a wonderful teacher who not only teaches yoga superficially but also gives you a real feeling for yoga in your whole being.
